“First time coming here & was a good experience. Food was TOP NOTCH. They have real good food & the drinks were good too.
Parking - they have enough parking, but could've been more. Not the biggest truck stop for parking, but hey it is what it is.
Bathrooms were very clean & floors were in good shape.
This place was well lit and I could def see myself visiting again when I come down 81.
AGAIN THE FOOD (CHICKEN SANDWICH) was DAMN GOOD!!! COME CHECK THEM OUT.

This is a really cool, interesting spot for a quick snack or light meal — the kind of place you probably wouldn’t find on your own unless someone told you about it. They offer a variety of sandwiches, baked goods, and other small items you can grab on the go, which makes it super convenient if you’re already in the area.
I grabbed one of their sandwiches and sat outside at the bench tables under the umbrella. It’s a surprisingly relaxing little setup, and they even brought our sandwiches out to us. Everything was made fresh to order, and the sandwich was great.
If you’re passing by and need a quick bite, I definitely recommend checking this place out. It’s simple, fresh, and a nice break from the usual options.”

“Sorry competition... but this is much nicer and varied menu. I realize as this is a training facility from what I have been told, that employee shortage is not as big as problem. But the food quality seems better, my Spaghetti & Meatballs superb. I have not had their Chicken yet, but can't way. Has a wide variety of frozen treats, even shorbets as well as the make-your-own milkshake machines. Can't wait until lunch tomorrow! Thanks guys,”

“ashley and dawn from this location absolutely saved my life today in a way probably incredibly unexpected. i am a pharmacy technician in training to be a vaccinator for the community, and part of my training requires A Single Orange. i do not have time outside of work to do anything other than go straight home and take care of things there. this morning, i was provided not only an orange, but perhaps the biggest reminder that this 7/11 has always got my back. i know it's crazy but i don't know where else at 8am i would be able to find just a single orange on my commute to work with such kind staff. thank you so much ashley and dawn, and everyone else that works here ?”

“I want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Royal Farms, especially to two incredible employees, Keke and Shye, who truly made my Christmas experience special. Working on Christmas isn’t easy, and a lot of people would understandably just be going through the motions but not these two. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. Their positive attitudes stood out immediately and completely changed the vibe of the store.
Keke and Shye were both professional, patient, and attentive, even while clearly staying busy. They handled everything smoothly and efficiently, all while keeping smiles on their faces and treating customers with respect and warmth. You could tell they actually cared about providing good service, which is something you don’t always see especially on a holiday. Their energy was uplifting, and they made the experience feel personal instead of rushed. Because of Keke and Shye, Royal Farms felt less like a quick stop and more like a place where customers are truly valued. They represent the company extremely well, and Royal Farms is lucky to have employees like them who are willing to show up, work hard, and still be kind on Christmas Day. I really hope they get the recognition they deserve, because they absolutely made my day. This is customer service done right, and I’ll definitely remember this experience.”

“This Rock's location is great! They have everything...gas, convenience store and s Subway. The employees are always friendly and try to get to know frequenters. Their restrooms have always been very clean when I have entered them. This location is convenient for me but sometimes I go put of my way to use this store even though I passed many other places. The prices are fair as well. I would give it 5 stars but this b is Martinsburg.”

“It's a Sheetz. If you've been in one you've been in them all. They are nice for a quick stop to get a drink/snack on the road, fill your fuel tank, use the restroom. I visit them fairly regularly. I earn points using their reward system. I get free drinks or candy bars, or discounts on fuel or a number of other things based on the number of points I rack up. The stores are always neat, clean and orderly. I've never seen a dirty restroom in any of the locations I have visited. There is a level of pride that the employees have in their store and it shows. I have never had a bad experience. My homeown location I know several of the employees by name, they know me and my family. When I walk in they ask how Im doing, how is the family. They tell me when they've seen my kids recently or if they haven't seen them in a while they ask how each of them are doing. I really like the small town feel that my hometown store gives.”

“I live right down the road and this is my go to store because its laid-back not usually to crowded but nothing fancy and nobody perfect there! 90% of thhe time Im in and out unless there is a problem with the card machine or what use to be really old gas pumps but thats gone now and plenty of parking! If your a nose stuck up in the air kinda person then move on because this isn't a ghetto store or brandnew with brandnew type of ppl in it! Thats perfectly fine with me! Customer service has actually did me my husband and I well here that are usual workers and kind!”

One of those individuals was actual working all three stations at one time while the other one was dealing with something different. They need more help.”

“This place Is a Favorite! My daughter and I love coming there. The food is phenomenal, and the customer service matches the quality of the food! Could not ask for greater customer service.
