“I have Sheetz and WaWa down the street from me but I will always drive to this location because of the people working are always so friendly, you see the same employees so you establish a relationship. Even if it's really busy none of the employees get rude, and they are always helpful, and they don't act like they hate their jobs. I canceled my car wash membership at a location closer to my house because I really like the car wash here and I save money on gas with the app. The staff here made me a loyal customer and I do all my one stop shopping here.”
“Valero is the place to go, especially if you smoke! The owner and other cashiers are very kind and quick! I wish the Valero downtown would reopen though, just so it would be even more convenient.”
“The check out experience was good. The chicken from the hot food area: terrible. I hope the other food items are better. Don't know if it was the food itself: or the preparation of the food.
Next time I will yst stick to Gas and other food items from the store.”

“American Owned Corporation. The properties are always well maintained. Fuel Dispensers are usually clean, and printers work. Made To Order (MTO) food is fast and fresh. Restrooms usually are fairly clean, some exceptions when extremely busy, of course. Always a safe bet.”
“I love Royal farms! **BUT** This location is my fave! Food always hot & fresh! I order & pay & immediately my food is ready with a friendly smile. Second shift manager Melany is a younger lady with gorg tatts and she’s super nice. Past few weeks I been getting dinner there & she keeps the place running smoothly. She def needs a raise! Let’s get her, her own franchise! I believe in the hard working younger generation. I believe she’s (Melany??) going far in her career and young life. The young kid with glasses I think Jason or Jacob is a hard worker too. Not as friendly but probably because he stays super focused. He should make time to try to smile more. And be more inviting. I highly recommend this location GrapeVine Rd! All us CO’s get our gains from their chicken. It’s THE BEST when that girl Melany or Melody is making it. Good job to her and her team!”
“Plenty of pumps outside. Clean inside with lots of snacks, an entire room dedicated to beer if that's your thing, and refrigerated items such as milks and eggs. Bathrooms were fine as well. Five stars”
“Very nice and when I was looking everywhere for my baby formula they had called me back to let me know they had it and they are truly a life saver because I was looking everywhere for my baby formula and everywhere was out of it very nice friendly and very clean store I will be back and had also requested to have the formula my baby on saved for me and they said they will do it thank god for this store”

“They finally have FISH! I had fish & chips which was BETTER than any Local Diner.
Who would think that there would be decent food at a gas station??”
“We have been using this gas station for the past year and have never encountered any issues. The customer service here is excellent; however, sometimes early in the morning when the facility is closed, the pumps do not work, which prevented us from being able to pump gas a couple of times.”

“Convenient stop off I-81 for E0 gas on the way to NC when tank says more. Always clean in and out and the house-fried chicken snacks are a great lap-to-mouth road treat. Cordial staff, too. Gotta love the six-foot chicken out front.”

“First timer here. I ordered some food from the kiosk, grabbed a premade hot food item, used their restroom…needless to say, I got the full experience lol! This place is definitely one of the nicest truck stops I’ve stopped at in a long time. Their food items (especially the kiosk ordered items) were perfect. I have to say this place is way better than sheetz or Wawa. Keep up the great work at this location please!”
“The price point here seems higher than other convenience stores in almost every area. The market does have great food, especially the rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes. The breakfast options have been pretty yummy too. The bathrooms are large, new, and have been clean every time that I have used them.”

“I LOVE your chocolate chunk cookies! Queen st store is the only store that keeps them stocked. Right now there's an issue with something causing them to not be available. When will you have them back?

“Good Lord have mercy is all I can say you know I was against rocs fried chicken after a horrible experience at the Kelly Island location but the amount of patience and amazing customer service at this store changed my overall view. I was able to get fresh fried chicken and the woman at the counter was very kind as well ten stars if I could just because of the overall kindness in that place made me want to come back again.”

“There is a nice lady. Her name is Cathy, she really helped me out with the machines I was trying to get coffee, but the coffee machine wasn't working. It was glitching out. She came over and helped me and then and I got me a nice cup of coffee hot coffee too better than any other coffee. They should be more people by caffeine than helps.She has been really helpful.She's nice, kind of”

“I bought snickers and frosted animal crackers. It was a well lit store and the aisles were stocked with all kinds of product. I spent a few minutes making a difficult decision for my midnight snack at this quaint corner store. The employee was jovial and expressed an eagerness to assist my transaction. They were swift. I was on my way. The snacks were perfect.”

“After reading other comments I can only assume those people caught someone on a bad day, because I eat at Rocs at least once often times twice a day. I have NEVER ONCE been unhappy with the food. No doubt it could be a little cheaper but where is that NOT true? If I am going to pay the going prices for breakfast and lunch....I am DAMN SURE going eat something good and as previously stated ROCS has never disappointed!! My favorites are their biscuits and gravy in the morning and the chicken tenders at lunchtime!”
