“Free truck parking so long as you are sleeping in the truck. Staff was friendly. I was stuck here for a day and a half. Nice selection of hot food items. Bathrooms were clean.”
“I just stopped by to get fuel this morning on route 11 .The store clerk was very friendly.Store has plenty of stuff inside including snacks, drinks, personal care stuff.Also has lotto machine on site.Very easy to get in and out excess to rt11.ill definitely stop by next time whenever drive through RT11.”
“This Rock's location is great! They have everything...gas, convenience store and s Subway. The employees are always friendly and try to get to know frequenters. Their restrooms have always been very clean when I have entered them. This location is convenient for me but sometimes I go put of my way to use this store even though I passed many other places. The prices are fair as well. I would give it 5 stars but this b is Martinsburg.”

“I'm reviewing this specifically because of a worker that I see most often at the smaller Rocs in Inwood. I think his name is Steve, but I'm not positive. He's the black man that works there. Apologies if I've got the wrong name. Steve deserves a raise. He's the friendliest convenience store worker I've ever seen. Steve is the epitome of a good convenience store worker - he speaks to customers, he's always smiling, and he does his best to make you smile before ya leave. I notice Steve knows the names of some people who regularly stop by. I'm sure Steve isn't working his dream job but you'd never know it. I purposely go to that small Rocs when I need gas or just want to pop in for a drink. If you find yourself having a rough day, stop in because Steve will make you smile and feel better about your day. I hope this review reaches him and management. Thank you Steve.”
“Cheapest gas in Inwood and far cheaper than anywhere in Winchester or northern Virginia. Very nice to have a place like this so conveniently located in town for those of us with long commutes. Now that even Costco has gone up on gas, this place is a wallet-saver!”

“I love the new 7-Eleven other than just about every time I go in there there's a line of people waiting to be rung up and some days I have to end up walking out because I don't have time to stand in line and I notice that there're other store associates working in there but they never seem to take the time to stop what they're doing and help the one cashier to clear out the line.”

“Good Lord have mercy is all I can say you know I was against rocs fried chicken after a horrible experience at the Kelly Island location but the amount of patience and amazing customer service at this store changed my overall view. I was able to get fresh fried chicken and the woman at the counter was very kind as well ten stars if I could just because of the overall kindness in that place made me want to come back again.”

“Like all gasoline it is too much, but it is cheaper than West Virginia. They must sell a lot of gas, because I need to ask for a receipt most of the time because the pump ran out.”
“Flying J is located right at the WV/VA line. Easy access right off I-81. Plenty of parking and room to get around the pumps. Plenty of store front parking also. They usually have great gas prices. If you are traveling North on 81, stop here and get gas for the best price. The store is clean and well spaced. It's normally well stocked and well lit inside and out.”

One of those individuals was actual working all three stations at one time while the other one was dealing with something different. They need more help.”
“Plotted to stop at this Dunkin'- needed a quiet time and it has a nice eating area. NO! Walked in and the shelf blocked the counter, kiosks were unplugged. Mike (manager?) saw my dismay and in spite of their techical troubles, he got my stuff and I barely missed a beat; sat in the dining area anyway! So kind, good coffee and gives me joy in humanity. Thanks, Dunkin'. . I'm a bit humbled by your kindness.”
“This is the only BP "ROCS" station I go to. I am there everyday and I personally know more than half the staff. They are the sweetest, especially the GM and about 3 of the ladies that work there, they know everything about me, even outside being customer. They know how to make you feel like part of their "ROCS family" I wish I could give them 21568741036401 STARS!”
