James walked me through troubleshooting my truck in a way that helped me better understand the trucks drivetrain system. They either had the parts I needed or ordered them and had them the next morning. The price of the parts was fair or better than some aftermarket places. The knowledge that I gained through this experience is very valuable and the fact that I can reach out to a dealership for support in that way will keep me owning and buying international trucks for many years to come.
