“Big I always love to shop at Big lots lots I'm sorry they're going out of business that's about the only store we have in Charleston West Virginia we have one in kanawha City and one on the west side of Charleston West Virginia”
“The ladies working were so patient and friendly despite the fact that I knew that they were ready to close up and go home. My teenage son got what he was wanting and he was happy so that made me happy and let me tell you lately he's not happy much! So thanks for your patience and help with everything! Y'all were absolutely sweet and have wonderful customer service skills! Around home you don't see much of this anymore! Appreciate you all so much!”
“Prices suck now.. but it's still better than other places. Store is clean and staff was friendly (especially since I was there 5 min till close).. Got what I needed and I'll more than likely be back again.”
“Stopped by this location and had a good shopping experience. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop through. I found most of the everyday essentials I needed at affordable prices, and the staff were friendly and helpful during checkout. It’s a convenient place for quick shopping, especially for household items and snacks. Overall, a reliable neighborhood store with good customer service. Would definitely visit again.”
“Great Staff! I was not shopping but had to have truck unloaded and everyone I dealt with from the back up to the cashier gave 110% customer service! Hope to see the same crew next time!”
“This store felt slightly upscale due to the decor, atmosphere, and selection. I was pleasantly surprised to find the prices quite reasonable and lots of great sales. I had a relaxing D and easy shopping experience.”
“The store was clean. The staff was friendly. A wide variety of products to choose from The shelves are always stocked and organized. There's plenty of room for parking. .Furthermore, there's an app you can download that offers many coupons & great discounts.”
