Charleston Town Center is the region’s popular shopping and dining destination, featuring over 100 specialty shops on three levels. It includes a spectacular Center Court with a three-story atrium and a unique fountain. There are six popular full-service restaurants on the street level and a food court on level three. The mall is located in downtown Charleston, adjacent to the Charleston Civic Center. The inside looks great, though it looks different than it did back in the day, with many empty units and not a lot of stores like there used to be. It is a blast from the past and a fun way to kill an hour. It is a great place to walk all seasons and is kept very clean by the staff, with security present. Parking is available for a fee. There is a sign about demolition, and many hope they build it back up.
We came here for dinner. The stores were closed at 8 on a Saturday. Hot Topic was open, but we didn't go inside. The mall is definitely not what it used to be.

It looks so much different than it did back in the day. I saw a sign on the side briefly about demolition. I haven’t kept up with any details on what’s happening to the mall lately. The inside looks great with stories of Charleston covering up what used to be stores that are now gone.

Great place to walk all seasons. Sad to see it like it is now compared to what it was when it was new. There are still some stores there though. It is being kept very clean by the staff. Security is present esp. early morning. I hope they build it back up but....
