“We called at about 9 a.m. on Wednesday morning - I kid you not, they were at our home by 9:15 a.m. The business is family owned and I was blessed enough to be a classmate of one of the operating family members. The men that came to our home were honest, respectful, helpful, efficient, and so kind! I have a pitbull puppy, and they let her stay out and play without a single complaint. The entire process was done in a matter of two days. Completely removed the old unit and had it completely reinstalled seamlessly with little to no hassle at all. Made sure we had all the information we needed and gave us a chance to increase our warranty for free. The price was fantastic & the gentleman were even kind enough to get a discount for us ( my mom is 80 and I’m her caretaker - it’s just us two women at the house). All I can say is, you won’t find anyone better in the valley. I’m a very satisfied and now a loyal customer. Any jobs that need serviced in this home will be going to Pappy’s! “For the last FOUR YEARS Wholesale Transmission has been the ONLY place I go for maintenance. Mickey is an awesome guy and he will always do his best to work with you. I went to school with some of his mechanics at Riverside, all good cats too. I've had to have my Durango repaired multiple times. Everything from my transmission going out, my AC condenser, broken AC fans that grind, even just to get new tires, I do it here. “I stopped in Auto Glass Now around 9:00amOn Wednesday Oct 25th to inquire about a back glass for my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. The receptionist was very professional and found the item I needed with a few clicks on her computer and with a price quoted lower than some other businesses I had spoken to. I was told to be back at 2:00 and by 2:35 I was back on the road with a new back glass AND a new Company in the Kanawha Valley that I can recommend to anyone who is looking for Great Service, competitively priced work and folks who do what they say they will. “While traveling through West Virginia heading to Virginia my car broke down on the WV Turnpike. Want to first give a shout out to the turnpike curtesy drivers they were great. I had two to stop by and the last one called me a tow truck and stayed with me until it came! Now, to Bob’s what an awesome experience from the time my car was taken off the truck! Within a few minutes they had the issue diagnosed and an estimate on what it would cost for repairs. They ordered the parts and fixed my car the same day and I was off to VA. Want to say thinks to all that was involved in taking care of my car. Also, enjoyed all of the nice people that I had conversation with while waiting!”
“My car broke down about 2 weeks ago and I had it towed to Custom Classics. I am from Charlottesville Va so I had no knowledge of their work other than checking reviews. And I have to say I wish they were more local to me. They did an amazing job! They fixed my car within a few days and kept me up to speed on everything. They didn't over charge me and even reached out to me a couple days after I picked up my car to make sure everything was running smoothly. “I had gotten a price on a repair for my car that was $2,400. I took it over to Copley Garage and after their assessment on the car it ended up being $317. I was just so grateful that I had the chance to take it over there and let them look at it. They are honest and they do excellent work. When I first got there I was greeted by April she was so nice she offered me coffee something to drink and treated me like a normal customer. My car was then repaired by James and he did such a great job it's like it was never broken. It's really nice to know that there are still automotive shops out there that don't try to nickel and dime someone. I would highly recommend them on any auto repairs that you might have.”

No other mechanic in town could have done what they did as easily. The shop is clean and well maintained, the communication with Dan was superb. “I called this morning needing a tire rotation and a front end alignment, hoping for an appt sometime this week, the man I spoke to was able to do it right after lunch. That in itself was awesome but this place was able to work around a few small issues without any trouble. I had replaced my rims about a year ago and my new ones required a special tool to remove them but mine was lost about 6 weeks ago. I’ve had other garages that was unable to proceed because of this reason but these guys happened to have a tool to fit my rims so my tire rotation wasn’t an issue. They are super friendly and accommodating and their prices are average to other places but the customer service is above and beyond. You get what you pay for and in this case, a little extra and that is priceless!”

“I'm from out of town, and was on the way home from vacation, when my vehicle broke down on the freeway. I was towed to Moses Cadillac Buick GMC there in Charleston. Jackie and his technicians worked on my vehicle's unique issue. It was electrical and ended up being the ECM, which was on back order. Which meant it could be 2 days to a couple months. But, we found a part and it was shipped overnight. It was successfully programmed and installed and got me up and running.
While all this took about 2 weeks, as I mentioned I live about 160 miles away, Jackie kept me inform of the current situations and the progress the whole time. it was a real pleasure working with Jackie and his guys there at Moses. And as a bonus, Jackie was on duty that Saturday went we picked up our vehicle, it was nice to shake his hand.”
“Once appt was made they were proficient in doing job. Was done in 25 min once they arrived on time. Did not know I would need to get new Inspection Sticker but is against WV Law to remove and replace. Job was done well but need to let people know about Sticker. All in all would rate Company a 5”
