Closing 2 hours early for “a parade” on a business day; without updating their hours anywhere is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen a bank do.

This bank is a joke they need shut down they took money from my account multiple times now someone took money from me and they supossed be my bank and not trying get me my money back this bank is the biggest joke in the world

Getting in a lot of trouble I have witness I called weeks ago asked if I ever had a bank with them they looked me up said no to come in with 25 n open bank account then weeks later steals my money saying I did in 2019 when y’all lied said I didn’t y’all will be in trouble if I don’t get my money back
