“Pretty unorganized when you first walk in, they have a check in computer but there's no real directions and despite having an online order, they did not have my equipment ready or have any record of my reservation. Once we got the equipment things went smoother and drop off was also smooth. Skis were ok quality, had trouble getting the ski to snap in, multiple skiers had issues with it. Super close to the mountain.”
“Wonderful place to get snowboarding gear. Bought a board here last year and came back to get boots this year. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Atmosphere is open and friendly and the dogs are a joy to be around. They dont try to oversell you on your needs and will point you in the right direction. They also gave my toddler a thrasher poster and let him stand on some boards so well be back soon to get him started down the path.”
