“Today Sunday June 16, 2024 I had a very good visit. My reason for visit was to return a phone I had bought online. ( it wasnt scanned before shipment & carrier said it was
activated & added service plan. It WAS NOT unlocked because ONLY VERIZON not totalbyverizon could unlock it. ). My money was refunded & I was sent back to purchase new phone. I found the one I ordered but asked cashier to add plan from returned phone. That is when she informed me it could NOT be unlocked through any carrier but Verizon!! I had no idea ( the front of the box had Total by Verizon in big letters.) Thank you to the young lady at the Tech cell phone department for stopping me from buying another phone I couldn't use with my service plan & telling me to carefully research phones from other stores to assure I got one that worked with my carrier! I didn't catch her name but she wa small, doing dark haired & slender. It was at 3:00 in the afternoon. She deserves kudos for easily explaining the otherwise confusing information on the website
& packaging that the phone came in. Beware other shoppers! Thanks again to the clerks in the Electronics Dept in.”

“They finally made the store accessible for everyone. Maybe new management? It’s always been so crowded in the aisles that people had to move and let other customers through to shop. They need to remove the 80% off racks and give the clothes to the Mountain Mission or homeless shelters for Veterans and abused and homeless women and children.”

“It's a Walmart. Most the employees don't want to be there, and the customers don't want to be there. It's just they have to. Walmart is one of the biggest employers of the area. Walmart has crushed most mom and pop stores, so there is no where else to go go shop really. This is not the fault of the staff. The people who do work there work hard. Give them a break.”
“Nice clean store but you can find more on the website or through app. However the app is a pain and in over the course of 2 months I can't get it to email me to reset password. I've used multiple emails trying and still haven't been able to pay on my card with the app.”
