“My mother passed away few months ago. There was a rather large amount of medication that I wasn't sure what to do with. CVS has a drop box for it all. You don't have to remove the labels just drop everything into the big red metal box. It was a relief to see it go. Thank you CVS for being close by & easy to deal with.”
“One of my favorite stores to go to on the west side to shop. They have a great selection of woman's clothing and not to mention the makeup section an all the other miscellaneous products they sell. I'm sure to say you wouldn't be disappointed walking out.”
“What can I add that you don't already know except lots of bulk products, food, hygiene products, alcohol, clothes, munchies, meats, fish, sushi, dairy, frozen foods, paper hoods....all in bulk.
There's a pharmacy here and if you don't have a plan they're apparently a low price alternative for your prescriptions.
There's also a tire shop where you can get the tires changed on your unit at a good price.
I understand that you can pre- order your items and buy them for pick-up. There's a parking area for your pick-up on the left side of the store.
I also woukd be remise if I didn't mention the delicious lunch area. You can get fresh pizza plain or with various toppings. Or, a big fat hotdogand a drink. I always get a hot pretzel smothered in butter and salted. The meal costs only $2.68 or $3.50 !! They also offer delicious sandwiches, such as fresh chicken salad, wraps, or salads. You don't need to be a member to eat here. Such a deal! The employees everywhere are friendly and helpful.
You can also buy a one day pass if you're not an annual member.”

“Stopped in for lunch. Old fashioned drug store type diner and soda fountain. Only place I can get a good egg salad sandwich, fresh cut french fries, and a malt. Limited menu but everything on it is very good. Yes it's a pharmacy too and a small gift shop. We'll worth the stop for lunch.”
“Been using for many years and seems that service is somewhat getting a limited bad. Went to pick up prescriptions and was told that one needed prior authorization, and also had another one ready that I was not expecting. Would it be nice to receive a phone call notification or text stating that there is a prescription ready to be picked up.”

If I have a prescription there and if they are busy and it's not ready they will always get to it as soon as possible and it's not a long wait. I truly appreciate everything that they do for me”

“I always frequent and use the cross lanes, West Virginia pharmacy, and that’s cause, They are the best of the best!! And it all starts off, With the leader of the pack, Head pharmacist, Big Jody!!! Jody knows how to run a pharmacy, on a smooth, consistent basis, all of his leadership Spills over To his associates and pharmacy technicians. All employees at the Walmart pharmacy Cross lanes, location know how to treat customers and answer all of their questions. A lot of individuals do not like to go to the pharmacy, because of the long wait times, I’m telling you right now, straight up and straight off the top, this is not the case at Big Jody‘s pharmacy!! This is a well oiled machine that is hitting on all eight cylinders. “The pharmacy was extremely helpful and informative. Seen I was charged for the wrong brand of test strips for my insurance to pay for the medicine I was prescribed,fixed it where I could get not only the strips but the monitor as well . I didn't catch her name but she will be doing some traveling to different stores and will be working at a nearby Walgreens in January. She was very patient with me and realized I was very emotional about my new life of being diabetic. She is exactly what customer service represents and was a delight to work. Thank you”

“I have been shopping at this Kroger's for many years the staff is really friendly and helpful the best thing I like about the Kroger's is the pharmacy. The pharmacist Samantha and Matt are so helpful. They always answer any questions that I might have on my medications. All of the pharmacy techs are really nice and they always greet me when I go there to pick up medications. I highly recommend if you have some prescriptions and you want good customer service great people who answer any questions that you have on your medications this is the Kroger's to go to”

“It's a Walmart. Most the employees don't want to be there, and the customers don't want to be there. It's just they have to. Walmart is one of the biggest employers of the area. Walmart has crushed most mom and pop stores, so there is no where else to go go shop really. This is not the fault of the staff. The people who do work there work hard. Give them a break.”
