“The girl I was riding with got a flat tire towards the bottom of Backbone Mountain. She had no spare, no donut, and no money. A lady who pulled over to assist, suggested we call Johnston's. John and another guy arrived within 30 minutes. The tire couldn't be fixed. He towed her car to his garage and GAVE her a used tire. He even had to switch around the tires bcuz they were different sizes & didn't charge her a dime. She offered to bring money back down, he told her to "pay it forward!!"”
“I have everything good to say about the guys in the tire center here at Keyser!! My boyfriend and I are headed to the beach and we had a blow out on our camper on the interstate. We were in need of putting 4 new tires on the rims we called La Vale Walmart to see if they could do it for us, at first they told us yes so we headed there when we arrive and took the tires in they had told us no that they couldn’t do it (no explanation of why) we also arrived at 5:00 they don’t close till 7:00. We were scurrying around to find a place close and open that would do it for us so I called Keyser and they told me yes to bring it in. Hoping when I got there they would do it because of what happened to us at La Vale’s Walmart. When we arrived at Keyser Walmart tire center they met us in the parking lot the guys were super kind and friendly and got all 4 tires done in 10 mins or less. Thank you to all the guys at Keysers tire center you were great!”

“We were on a road trip from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Denver, Colorado when we reached Accident, Maryland where ironically our brakes overheated and a caliper seized. I called around and none of the local mechanics were able to help us out. It wasn’t until I came across Chuck here who was able to squeeze us in last minute. I sourced the calipers from an autozone and brought them to Chuck where he swapped out the calipers within a half hour and charged us a more than cheap price for the work and refused to take any extra money from us. Real class act guy here. If I was from the area Chuck would be my go to! Forever grateful for helping keep us from being stranded!Services: Auto brake repair”
