Sasha is super great. I changed my visa number and could not get in touch with a human on prepaid. Got frustrated im old tech challenged. Went to kanawha city they sluffed me off so I came here to elkview. Sasha is so knowledgeable and patient. Has the customers best interest at heart. She deserves a nice pay raise.
