When we walked in one guy was waiting on customers. One guy was scanning stuff and didn't acknowledge we even walked in. We sat for 1 and 1/2 hours for the guy already waiting on customers to finish while the one scanning didn't stop to wait on customers. He said he couldn't stop the scan. This is insane to make customers wait so long while doing dumb work for the company!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience today, I can't recommend this AT&T store enough! We came in not knowing what to do to help my sister with internet and phone and Travis Truman was AWESOME!!! He was patient and helpful and so nice and funny! The whole experience was just smooth and joyful!
