Enterprise gave me a new Chrysler Pacifica mini-van with 13,000 miles on it - it made it through 2 days of driving to land me in Charleston, West Virginia. Went out one afternoon to find all electrics dead. AAA responded with Glen's (I believe) and a driver 'Rick' (again, I should've submitted this last month). Great guy - attempted a jump in parking lot of Best Western/Charleston, no dice, he suggested we head over to local Enterprise, we did, they sent us to the airport Enterprise, he took me and the van over there and he waited with me at the desk for keys to a Grand Cherokee (also new) which would ultimately get me through 7 days of driving, trouble-free. Many thanks to 'Rick' and his outfit for the 3 hour investment of time.”
