“I am not from the area, I came to visit my son who is working at the nearby power plant for a few months. He needed a headlight replaced so we stopped by. It was a terrible time because it was pouring the rain but Paul didn’t complain and went right out and did it for us! He was so nice and quick and efficient. We appreciate you so much Paul, thanks again for your outstanding customer service!”
“Using the Advance Auto app is the way to go. You can usually get a discount through the app and you products are ready when you get there. I also like that they will take your used motor oil for recycling. The crew at the Morgantown Avenue site in Fairmont is always ready to help.”
“One would think that a jug of windshield washer fluid wouldn't cost five dollars, But then one would be wrong. It shouldn't cost half that much and if the place would want more traffic in and out of their store, That's what they should sell it for.”
“I purchased headlights from Pickup City and they were shipped quickly and in excellent condition. The owner went out of his way to expedite shipping for me! I definitely recommend them for all your used auto part needs.”
“I can not recommend this place enough. After my accident in January of 2026, my car was drivable, but cosmetically damaged - as well as some driving problems. My car was taken into the shop decently quick (as they are very busy with many cars). The receptionist Cher was such a sweet human being. Any time I called the shop for an update and asked my millions of questions, she was so reassuring, punctuate, and polite. They are amazing at giving updates and answers. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe they did some cleaning within my interior before handing me back my keys. They truly went out it of their way to help me! They seem to have a strong background with the owner, and may he rest in peace. They are fabulous here! I got my car back within a couple of months and it drives amazing, and looks perfect. The mechanics were genuinely authentic and kind, especially Chad. I interacted with him the most during this experience. If you need auto body damage repair - go here!!!!”
