“Great store, excellent selections, friendly, helpful people. Awesome pet bathing area, a bargain at only $9.99. Just bring your pet, all bathing supplies provided, shampoo, dryers, towels!”

“The managers there have been very helpful in resolving issues for me and I got a nice surprise when checking out at the register, when the cashier offered me a 25% off coupon for Father's day weekend customers, which saved me nearly $150 off my purchase. Thanks guys, great job with customer service and support!”

“The best customer service that I ever received. They came through big time for me. I appreciate the wonderful staff that they have. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. I was directed to another employee who assisted me in cutting chain. I went to Lowe's and Rural King first and then I found M&M True Value Hardware. I wish that I went there first, but since I am not from the area, I did not know what a great store it is. I highly recommend. They are excellent.”

“They have a free popcorn machine that's typically kept rather full, and if you follow the (admittedly faint) chicken feet path in yellow on the floor, it leads you to their live chicks. They're the cutest thing to watch! Even if you're not buying anything, it's a great place to stop by.”

“Absolutely outstanding. We stopped by mid day yesterday (8/1), requesting help with a toilet installation. They promised today. Shortly after 3:PM on 8/1, they called and said the could come by and install it yesterday afternoon and installed it a day early.”

“I hate giving good reviews, but this place is way above average. Probably the only thing worth visiting in “THE GYM CITY”. It’s different, they have things there you would not expect! Beware…. Of the midget in the Grandfather clock, you won’t believe what he does! Tell them code word RED and you can gain access to the second floor!”

“Brad was super helpful and even helped me load up my heavy soil. Found great plants on the sale rack. Flowers were pretty hardy but not great. A lot had got hit with frost.”
290 Three Springs Dr, Weirton WV 26062
“Decent local hardware store. As with most Busy Beaver stores, pricing is on the higher side for most things. Their weekly specials can be decent. Inventory is good, their electrical section can be a bit small but in a pinch it’s nice to not have to drive to Steubenville. Plumbing is also good but their cost on PVC pipe / fittings is pretty high. Fasteners and hardware are great. They’ve got a lot of oddball nuts / bolts for automotive, furniture, etc. If you’re looking for bulk nuts / bolts in either standard or metric, shop around. Where their selection excels is with their metric offerings. Staff is super friendly and helpful.”
4115 Mall Drive, Steubenville OH 43952
“Easy access. Easy to find help with locked up tools and the guy didn't act like I was bothering him or keeping him from "putting away returns". Prices exactly what I expected on one item and cheaper on the other.”
