“The best customer service that I ever received. They came through big time for me. I appreciate the wonderful staff that they have. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. I was directed to another employee who assisted me in cutting chain. I went to Lowe's and Rural King first and then I found M&M True Value Hardware. I wish that I went there first, but since I am not from the area, I did not know what a great store it is. I highly recommend. They are excellent.”

“Decent local hardware store. As with most Busy Beaver stores, pricing is on the higher side for most things. Their weekly specials can be decent.
Inventory is good, their electrical section can be a bit small but in a pinch it’s nice to not have to drive to Steubenville.
Plumbing is also good but their cost on PVC pipe / fittings is pretty high.
Fasteners and hardware are great. They’ve got a lot of oddball nuts / bolts for automotive, furniture, etc. If you’re looking for bulk nuts / bolts in either standard or metric, shop around. Where their selection excels is with their metric offerings.
