“Mike is a very good guy. I've known him for years and he knows about everyone locally or your family. Everyone likes going to him cause he is very friendly and he has cheapest prices. He is a small business that didn't change the way he does business. If you need something ask him cause he will do his best to help. Some took advantage of his kindness and some don't forget his kindness. If your in town and need cigarettes , alcohol, check cashed, etc. You go their you will be greeted and met with Mike Marchis most of the time.”

“Let me tell y’all somethin’ right now: Rural King is like the redneck version of Disney World, only with more mud boots and less mouse ears. I walked in there for a bag of dog food and walked out with a machete, three ratchet straps, a 50-pound salt block, a bag of popcorn, and a flamingo pool float. I don't even got a pool. That store's got everything from baby chicks to camouflage lingerie (okay maybe not, but it should).
The minute them automatic doors whooshed open and I smelled tractor grease and stale popcorn, I knew I was home. It's like heaven had a baby with a barn and stocked it with guns, boots, candy by the pound, and chainsaws you didn’t know you needed but suddenly had to have.
Now, I got one beef with 'em: the damn chick bin. Every dang time we go in, my wife beelinin’ straight to them peepin’ little fluff nuggets like she’s Snow White with a debit card. She can’t resist ‘em. I’m out here tryin’ to get hydraulic fluid and she’s already named twelve chicks and is askin’ if we can build 'em bunk beds.
Rural King, I love ya, but for the love of my wallet and sanity, can we get a “Wife-B-Gone” spray aisle? Maybe throw some razor wire and a mild electric fence ‘round the chick section so I don’t end up explainin’ to my accountant why we now own 37 hens named after country singers.

“Hooray! The horrible staff member is gone and this Speedway is pleasant to visit once more!What really makes me smile when I visit is Josh. He's always pleasant and helps in every way he can.There's another fellow there you may have to be careful about, tall guy with glasses and long hair. He will NOT. STOP. TALKING. TO. YOU.When your transaction is done and you're trying to leave he just insists on continuing whatever it is he's saying to you. You can tell it visibly upsets everyone in line, especially the next person, of course. I've flat had to say "That's cool, dude, bye!" and just walk out in the middle of his speeches.It's not bad enough to avoid this place, just be aware he'll do that.In general this place is clean, if a little old. Biggest problem really is trying to find parking in the smallish lot when they're busy, but that's about it.Good place to get small necessities and usually quickly.”
“I was actually in the booger-woods helping cut out a windshield and I needed to use the bathroom so bad and this place was the closest place to drive to. When i walked in & asked to use thier bathroom the ladies said they ddnt have one, i said ohh nooo! The lady seen the emergency in my eyes and says, come on arnd and go ahead!! I was so thankful for her, she saved my booty, literally!!! Thank u to the wonderful ladies there, thank u so much!!!”
“I like the reward program to earn free stuff like gift cards and food or gas. Use your speedway card every time you shop and earn points and they have fountain pop which I like better then in a can or bottle.”

“Convenient quick stop for fuel and, snacks. Wanted to update my review. I stop here almost daily Monday-Friday on my way to work. The store is always clean and, I just can't say enough good things about the morning staff. They are amazing and, friendly. It's the best station along my route and, I pass along a lot on my way to AEP mountaineer. But, I always choose this station as my morning stop to pick up whatever I need. Thanks for hiring such a fantastic crew and, always having a clean store. One day they even had a pepperoni pizza instead of the delicous breakfast pizza fixed. I noticed it sold out immediately. Hope they make this a regular thing. I enjoyed a slice on my way to work. The pizza was the bomb. I would have never thought pepperoni pizza for breakfast but, glad I got to try it.”

“Wow I liked this loves a lot, heading to deliver a load w/ spouse to Florida and we needed to stop to refresh and decided to grab some burger 🍔, the showers 🚿 were clean and gave double BLUE Towels , the Elder Man at register was extremely Helpful and Nice and informative and offered extra towels, extremely rarely do we get asked if we want extra. And the TOWELS WERE WARM AND VERY SOFT. I’ll have to tell Pilot To Step it Up, If they haven’t already, it’s been a while.

“Smoke Shack is one of the better shops in the area if you're looking for tobacco, vape products, or related items. What stands out most to me is the staff's knowledge of the products they carry. If you're unsure what you're looking for or want to try something new, they are usually able to provide recommendations based on what you like rather than simply trying to sell you the most expensive option.
Another thing I appreciate is the atmosphere. I've never felt judged, questioned, or made uncomfortable while shopping there. The staff is friendly and helpful without being intrusive, which makes for a much better customer experience. Whether you know exactly what you want or need a little guidance, they seem willing to help without making the interaction awkward.
The store is generally well stocked, organized, and easy to shop. Most of the time I can get in, find what I need, and get back out without any issues. Overall, Smoke Shack provides a straightforward and professional experience. The employees know their products, treat customers with respect, and make it easy to get exactly what you came for.”
