If you're unsure what you're looking for or want to try something new, they are usually able to provide recommendations based on what you like rather than simply trying to sell you the most expensive option. Another thing I appreciate is the atmosphere. I've never felt judged, questioned, or made uncomfortable while shopping there. The staff is friendly and helpful without being intrusive, which makes for a much better customer experience. Whether you know exactly what you want or need a little guidance, they seem willing to help without making the interaction awkward. The store is generally well stocked, organized, and easy to shop. Most of the time I can get in, find what I need, and get back out without any issues. Overall, Smoke Shack provides a straightforward and professional experience. The employees know their products, treat customers with respect, and make it easy to get exactly what you came for.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
