“I’ve been to Martinsburg service center twice and both times have been just such a positive experience.
Firstly can we talk about the car service?!? I mean not having to pay for an additional expense or miss a day of work sitting around! Then when it was done they came and got me so I didn’t have to add and extra step to my evening with my family! Truly a blessing.
The rest of the experience was just as good went for a complete and total work up on everything. They were fair, quick, considerate and notified me regarding the one minor thing they found (a bulb out). Just really great service all around!
Then a few months later I started hearing a noise from my car it was loud and I was nervous to drive it. I call late one evening and Nick got someone to check it out ASAP (honestly he tried to get me there that night but I live across town so didn’t work but still). Once they figure out what it was they told me it could be a day before he could get me in but if they had any free time they would work me in. My car was done that evening. Again another day where that ride service came in handy,

“Jim at Fox Automatic is hands down, the best mechanic we've ever been to. We won't be going anywhere else! My husband and I have both taken our cars in several times (old cars come with lots of issues). It is so clear that Jim always has the customer's best interest at heart. If there are things my husband can fix at home, he lets us know in advance to save money in our pockets. He's been so helpful and honest with us over the past year. I've had some stubborn AC issues this summer, but now everything is running smoothly, and I couldn't be happier! His garage parking lot is always full, but he is so quick to get your vehicle in and out. I don't think we've ever waited more than a day to get them back. He clearly works above and beyond. I couldn't recommend his shop more. Always a 11/10 experience!”

“So far enjoying the process of purchasing a car here. Very nice gentleman and even offered extras like a free oil change and they have 30 day warranty on the cars. If I do decide to purchase I'll give an update to car reliability.
3weeks later and still very pleased with the car and the continued communication with Chris. It's been an amazing experience and I'd definitely recommend this car lot to anyone looking to buy a gently used used car. Definitely check them out first. You won't be disappointed!!!!!”

Les took great care with our vehicle, and put me and my three kiddos in his clean truck, dropped our van at the dealership, then brought us to our nearby hotel. “Wonder staff, very helpful that we my husband and I would recommend them especially to new comers as well, we're new to Martinsburg, WV. But they didn't treat us like strangers butlike friends, we actually went here for an inspection of our vehicle, but it didn't pass do to our rear bumper being badly dented; but they also recommended other places to assist us in replacing bumper, when that was also completed we returned for our inspection...which thus time it passed.

Peterson's stands behind their work.
At least 5 individuals worked together to make sure I was taken care of, on a late Sunday evening, as everyone was home, or going home.
One was even not part of your franchise, but was able to contact you, and handle my frantic calls while already working at capacity.
Matt came back to the shop from home with genuine concern, and insisted on making things right.
Matt walked me - and his apprentice - through what happened. Both of us gained appreciation for the small things that so much rides on.
Mike, all of your team deserve recognition for this.
I did not see an error.
I saw a team working together, on short notice, at a late hour - to make things right.
For one customer.
Further, Matt made this a teaching moment for the other employee, who's name forgive me, I did not get. - Seeing another learn, and participating, made this worth it.
With the consolidation of national chains, coupled with the concurrent national indifference to customer service, we don't see this happening much anymore.
This is why I support local, small businesses, and I thank Peterson's fine conduct in this matter, and confirming this belief.
