“If you want to support a great business, then you’ve found it. My vehicle died suddenly and when I needed a recommendation, they were at the top of the list. The staff was great, took my car in for a diagnosis then they called to inform me of the issue as well as what they did to confirm the issue that same day. At the end of the day, my vehicle was dead and I was devastated but the staff was efficient and honest about everything. I am now driving a new vehicle and have also found a reliable shop to take it if/ when things might need to be done in the future. Thank you again for everything!!”

“Fast and Friendly With Good Customer Service and Reasonable Pricing!!!
Took my truck there which had a fuel line or hose that was broken and leaking. Got the repair fixed in the same day. I called before I went there and they offered to send out a service truck but I just drove there since it was just an exit away from the Clorox plant I was picking up from. The owner sent me a text so I could show him the exact problem so he can start searching for part # and part while I was getting loaded and driving. I was in and out in 30min and back on the road. Didn’t have the exact part in stock at the dealer to get but they replaced the part with a similar part rated for same spec and had no issues.
The employee told me I was good to go without paying and said to just call the owner he will send me an invoice. I was driving and received the invoice OTR and paid of course. I was shocked at the respect and trust to send me out without payment first. I guess they are a good judge of character. Very good people.”
“Came from a track day with a blown out tire and the guys there had a quick used one that I was able to slap on just to drive back home. They were really patient with the wheel when we all realized that the wheel was a reverse mount wheel from factory. Took some extra time to get it off and get a replacement tire but I genuinely cannot be more grateful for them taking me in. For the price of a 255/35R19 tire with all the labor it took to get the tire off of a wheel that came with a 263/30R19, I would highly recommend this spot if you’re in a pinch like how I was in!”

“Jim at Fox Automatic is hands down, the best mechanic we've ever been to. We won't be going anywhere else! My husband and I have both taken our cars in several times (old cars come with lots of issues). It is so clear that Jim always has the customer's best interest at heart. If there are things my husband can fix at home, he lets us know in advance to save money in our pockets. He's been so helpful and honest with us over the past year. I've had some stubborn AC issues this summer, but now everything is running smoothly, and I couldn't be happier! His garage parking lot is always full, but he is so quick to get your vehicle in and out. I don't think we've ever waited more than a day to get them back. He clearly works above and beyond. I couldn't recommend his shop more. Always a 11/10 experience!”
