“This place Is a Favorite! My daughter and I love coming there. The food is phenomenal, and the customer service matches the quality of the food! Could not ask for greater customer service. Always a friendly, smiling face. Don't feel like a customer coming in, we feel like we are seeing our friends when we walk through the door. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed! Best pizza around But we love our Italian subs which we get almost every single time we go there!”

Parking - they have enough parking, but could've been more. Not the biggest truck stop for parking, but hey it is what it is.
Bathrooms were very clean & floors were in good shape.
This place was well lit and I could def see myself visiting again when I come down 81.

“Sorry competition... but this is much nicer and varied menu. I realize as this is a training facility from what I have been told, that employee shortage is not as big as problem. But the food quality seems better, my Spaghetti & Meatballs superb. I have not had their Chicken yet, but can't way. Has a wide variety of frozen treats, even shorbets as well as the make-your-own milkshake machines. Can't wait until lunch tomorrow! Thanks guys,”

“ashley and dawn from this location absolutely saved my life today in a way probably incredibly unexpected. i am a pharmacy technician in training to be a vaccinator for the community, and part of my training requires A Single Orange. i do not have time outside of work to do anything other than go straight home and take care of things there. this morning, i was provided not only an orange, but perhaps the biggest reminder that this 7/11 has always got my back. i know it's crazy but i don't know where else at 8am i would be able to find just a single orange on my commute to work with such kind staff. thank you so much ashley and dawn, and everyone else that works here ?”

“I want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Royal Farms, especially to two incredible employees, Keke and Shye, who truly made my Christmas experience special. Working on Christmas isn’t easy, and a lot of people would understandably just be going through the motions but not these two. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. Their positive attitudes stood out immediately and completely changed the vibe of the store.
Keke and Shye were both professional, patient, and attentive, even while clearly staying busy. They handled everything smoothly and efficiently, all while keeping smiles on their faces and treating customers with respect and warmth. You could tell they actually cared about providing good service, which is something you don’t always see especially on a holiday. Their energy was uplifting, and they made the experience feel personal instead of rushed. Because of Keke and Shye, Royal Farms felt less like a quick stop and more like a place where customers are truly valued. They represent the company extremely well, and Royal Farms is lucky to have employees like them who are willing to show up, work hard, and still be kind on Christmas Day. I really hope they get the recognition they deserve, because they absolutely made my day. This is customer service done right, and I’ll definitely remember this experience.”

“First timer here. I ordered some food from the kiosk, grabbed a premade hot food item, used their restroom…needless to say, I got the full experience lol! This place is definitely one of the nicest truck stops I’ve stopped at in a long time. Their food items (especially the kiosk ordered items) were perfect. I have to say this place is way better than sheetz or Wawa. Keep up the great work at this location please!”

“Flying J is located right at the WV/VA line. Easy access right off I-81. Plenty of parking and room to get around the pumps. Plenty of store front parking also. They usually have great gas prices. If you are traveling North on 81, stop here and get gas for the best price. The store is clean and well spaced. It's normally well stocked and well lit inside and out.”
“It's under new management and it shows. The cashiers are nice, the store is clean. It's getting better and I expect that will continue. I'd rather spend my money here than Shitz or Roks.”
“I'm reviewing this specifically because of a worker that I see most often at the smaller Rocs in Inwood. I think his name is Steve, but I'm not positive. He's the black man that works there. Apologies if I've got the wrong name. Steve deserves a raise. He's the friendliest convenience store worker I've ever seen. Steve is the epitome of a good convenience store worker - he speaks to customers, he's always smiling, and he does his best to make you smile before ya leave. I notice Steve knows the names of some people who regularly stop by. I'm sure Steve isn't working his dream job but you'd never know it. I purposely go to that small Rocs when I need gas or just want to pop in for a drink. If you find yourself having a rough day, stop in because Steve will make you smile and feel better about your day. I hope this review reaches him and management. Thank you Steve.”
