“Enjoy shopping at this store.Convenient to get on and off Route 60.Friendly staff.It is annoying to not be able to look or reach certain things, due to the area being blocked by carts/dollies and other storage things, where whomever is responsible for stocking the shelves has pulled an Elvis and left the building.Am appreciative of DG, because going to wal-marts are impractical to me...with their football field-soze parking lots, people riding around on the motorized carts that can't drive them, and to just get a gallon of milk, you have to walk through the warehouse-sized store.”
“The store is super convenient. Some of the prices are a tad to high, but it beats going to Walmart or Kroger’s not a big fan of the night shift manager, Matt. I was in there yesterday and he got all up into an employee face and wanted to Stream at the employee, the employee just stood there. There’s an older female with glasses on Night Shift as well that acts too high and mighty for her Britches Her and a little girl with glasses that calls her herself a manager talk horrible about dayshift along with the skinny, so-called manager mat. They blame everything on dayshift when you never see them doing anything except wanting to stay on their phones and complain. I have been there on both dayshift and the employees are much more enjoyable night shift makes me not even want to come and shop there. I would so much rather do my shopping during the day.”

“Great truck stop great food. The hot case with pizza rolls are good they have Fresh Sub area hot or cold subs made to order. McDonald's on the east side of the building and IHOP is on the west side of the building. Great area to do a 34HRS RESET”

“Sometimes A 3 star when big line and old people have to wait because of just one cashier! And supervisor or manger can't or won't help get customers! In a line once with 10 people! Didn't think I could stand up! It was bad! Owners fault!”
“This Walmart is located in Quincy, West Virginia, about 15 miles from Charleston, and a 20-minute drive.
It has a large parking lot in front. Once inside, you will pass the shopping carts and someone will probably greet you and answer any questions about where to find whatever you are looking for.
One area is every food item you might want, whether fresh vegetables or fruits, meats, dairy products, or frozen foods.
Household items, cleaning, automotive products, tools, sporting goods, baby items, and the pharmacy are all here. The Walmart also has anl indoor toilets for men and women, and a Subway restaurant where you can get a pizza or custom sandwich, with a drink of your choice or chips.
When you pay, there is one or two lines with a human cashier, and half a dozen automated check-out lines where you pay by credit or debit card after scanning your items. If you don't know how to do that, there is always a Walmart employee to help you.”

“The whole entire evening staff go above and beyond every time i'm there. (Sometimes daily) They make sure their customers have what they need, and are always friendly and super polite. I've not seen one of them not be helpful if given the chance. Truly a great store all around with a great crew. Should be used as an example to other Dollar Generals as to what great customer service is. Could also set an example for perfect standards, setting some of the highest bars for cleanliness, organization, and fully stocked and rotated inventory a store could achieve. Im thankful our town has the crew and store we do. We all appreciate it consistently.”

“The staff is always friendly. The store does need more employees, therefore, more hours as it seems that upper management must feel that my time is theirs to waste as often the registerr is not manned at all times. They expect them to be in the back stocking shelves and have to run back and forth doing 2 or three jobs at once. Why make people stand in line to hand you money?”

“Not crowded, everything in its place making it easy for me to get what I needed. I visited this store once or twice a week and I can't say anything negative however the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is bc of the rude dude that came to work there mid summer maybe? He went out of his way to let customers know he was way too busy to be bothered.... Don't remember his name but certainly remember his zero customer service skills!”
“Kroger pharmacy is full of caring and compassionate people. They are so quick when you come in sick from an ER or medexpress and it's makes things so much simpler. They always abide by HIPPA laws, unlike other pharmacies. They are also quick to answer any questions you have. I have other opinions on their grocery store and refuse to buy anything from there even if going elsewhere cost more.”

“This place carries name brand products that locals would normally have to go to Walmart to get and for the most part the store is clean and well organized. The only thing that needs improvement is the customer service. A lot of the employees are doing their jobs perfectly but there are a few that I’m sure the store has had complaints on before that have very poor customer service and attitude while providing this subpar service. It would be nice if the upper management would deal with said bad eggs because without those few I would give this store a 5 star rating.”
