βOnly two diesel (HDT truck) pumps. Staff friendly and helpful. Entered at the wrong drive but enough room in shopping center parking lot to swing RV around and line up for diesel pumps. But not enough room to pull thru after fueling to allow next truck access while running back in to use facilities or make additional purchase.β

βThis place is the best! I've been stopping here for 40 years on trips from MD to PA. The people are friendly, helpful and their delicious food is prepared in-house. The bathrooms are always clean. and they are open 365 days a year.β

βValero is the place to go, especially if you smoke! The owner and other cashiers are very kind and quick! I wish the Valero downtown would reopen though, just so it would be even more convenient.β

βJust arrived to WV and we changed from COSTCO to CVS and I received great service and was helped to add my second insurance to complete my 2 90 day prescriptions. Also the prices for Tier 1 drugs where very reasonable.β

βAmerican Owned Corporation. The properties are always well maintained. Fuel Dispensers are usually clean, and printers work. Made To Order (MTO) food is fast and fresh. Restrooms usually are fairly clean, some exceptions when extremely busy, of course. Always a safe bet.β

βI want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Royal Farms, especially to two incredible employees, Keke and Shye, who truly made my Christmas experience special. Working on Christmas isnβt easy, and a lot of people would understandably just be going through the motions but not these two. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. Their positive attitudes stood out immediately and completely changed the vibe of the store.
Keke and Shye were both professional, patient, and attentive, even while clearly staying busy. They handled everything smoothly and efficiently, all while keeping smiles on their faces and treating customers with respect and warmth. You could tell they actually cared about providing good service, which is something you donβt always see especially on a holiday. Their energy was uplifting, and they made the experience feel personal instead of rushed. Because of Keke and Shye, Royal Farms felt less like a quick stop and more like a place where customers are truly valued. They represent the company extremely well, and Royal Farms is lucky to have employees like them who are willing to show up, work hard, and still be kind on Christmas Day. I really hope they get the recognition they deserve, because they absolutely made my day. This is customer service done right, and Iβll definitely remember this experience.β

βThis Rock's location is great! They have everything...gas, convenience store and s Subway. The employees are always friendly and try to get to know frequenters. Their restrooms have always been very clean when I have entered them. This location is convenient for me but sometimes I go put of my way to use this store even though I passed many other places. The prices are fair as well. I would give it 5 stars but this b is Martinsburg.β

βI live right down the road and this is my go to store because its laid-back not usually to crowded but nothing fancy and nobody perfect there! 90% of thhe time Im in and out unless there is a problem with the card machine or what use to be really old gas pumps but thats gone now and plenty of parking! If your a nose stuck up in the air kinda person then move on because this isn't a ghetto store or brandnew with brandnew type of ppl in it! Thats perfectly fine with me! Customer service has actually did me my husband and I well here that are usual workers and kind!β

βFirst timer here. I ordered some food from the kiosk, grabbed a premade hot food item, used their restroomβ¦needless to say, I got the full experience lol! This place is definitely one of the nicest truck stops Iβve stopped at in a long time. Their food items (especially the kiosk ordered items) were perfect. I have to say this place is way better than sheetz or Wawa. Keep up the great work at this location please!β

βThe price point here seems higher than other convenience stores in almost every area. The market does have great food, especially the rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes. The breakfast options have been pretty yummy too. The bathrooms are large, new, and have been clean every time that I have used them.β

βGood Lord have mercy is all I can say you know I was against rocs fried chicken after a horrible experience at the Kelly Island location but the amount of patience and amazing customer service at this store changed my overall view. I was able to get fresh fried chicken and the woman at the counter was very kind as well ten stars if I could just because of the overall kindness in that place made me want to come back again.β

βI love ac&t I have eaten dinner here probably 300 times in the last 2yrs and have always gotten food from the one on Sharpsburg Pike by the outlets it's always good top of the line but the last three times I have gotten food from ac&t it been from the falling waters store and hasn't been good I got chicken livers that were half raw fries that were over cooked and this time got a steak and cheese with fried onions green peppers and mushrooms and it came with raw onions mushrooms and Green peppers now who puts raw onions green peppers and mushrooms on a steak and cheese sub I will be calling the main office Monday cause I'm fed up they always mess my order up when I go to the falling waters store guess I wont be getting food from there anymore everything else at the store is great but the food sucks badβ

βWent today( Sunday). Wanted a good cold cut sub. Was not disappointed. The price was minimal considering I got a whole sub. Had half for dinner taking the other half for lunch tomorrow. 2 meals for the price of 1. Service was also very nice. Pleasant.β
