“There are two DG within 5 minutes of my house and I came here with my family for the larger selection. My youngest child threw a tantrum in the store over toys and candy, I picked her up and took her out to calm her down. Came back in to meet with the other half of my family to find out a Karen was mad that I picked up my child and took her out of the store. By the end of the trip my daughter and I were both crying from the stress but a lovely woman working there came up and gave me a hug and talked me through everything, it was the kindest act from a stranger that I have had in years. I wish I had asked her name but in the moment I was flustered as all get out. So EXCELLENT STAFF! Please keep up the great work, also this is by far the cleanest DG I’ve ever seen. <3”
“This was a great little spot to stop at while traveling through Hedgesville WV. We were exploring the area and were trying to find small local places to go. We ended up getting a cheese steak sub and pulled pork sub. Both were delicious!! Also got a case of birch beer which I rarely see in stores. Ended up talking with the owner in the parking lot for a few minutes. Very friendly small town atmosphere!”

Was just in this store and I want to commend the 2 ladies that were working. I believe their names were Kirsten and Agnes. There was a very Disruptive And Combative customer in The store And in my opinion , they handled the situation Wonderfully.”

“I don’t usually shop here, but I stopped because it was on my way home that day. It’s a little pricy on some things but has a good produce selection, and it has the GF chicken tenders that the Food Lion in Berkeley Springs never has.”
