She had everything ready for pickup ahead of time, making the process completely hassle-free. Another time, I was dealing with a frustrating situation involving American Express. “If you’re looking for a personable experience, this is the bank for you.I don’t hold an account here but my fiancé does and all of the tellers in drive thru know me by name simply by making his deposits and doing his banking stuff for him.Not to mention they love their doggo customers and offer a complimentary biscuit when they make their appearance known in your vehicle or you can simply ask for a biscuit if your dog is napping in the back seat.I absolutely adore this bank, the friendliness and helpfulness is on point and satisfactory.”

“I don’t know why so many people are leaving bad reviews. I’ve been at this bank since I was 8 years old. They’re all wonderful people, even helped me secure a loan. With any system update there will be some disorder or malfunctioning - that’s just life. It lasted a day or a few, it’s not permanent. It’s a much better system than before, more sophisticated- even if there were glitches to work out.”
“Peoples bank have been very nice to me I have no complaints. They bend over backwards to help . Yes the lady is usually busy but if you wait she will get to you. Sometimes you need just a little patience. She has returned all my calls. The only point about this bank that I don't like is the hours. I don't think they're open long enough but they do have an ATM. There are others there that can help as well with loans.”
