“Very sweet, nice and kind lady who works there. My husband and I went in around 3 today. She talked to us for a while after we checked out. Found out she had some more things im interested in so will definitely be back in a few weeks. I've never been in here before and definitely wont be the last. I could've talked for hours about the thing im interested in the most lol. Thank you and I'll be back when you get those in from your warehouse. I had a blast today looking through your store.”
“I had been looking for an inexpensive table to use as a TV stand for a large TV. I found one for $24 that will work perfectly. They have a lot of used furniture there. They even helped me measure it and my car, carry it out and put it in my car. I will go back when looking for used furniture. Haven't bought the TV yet. There are a few, very few, surface blemishes, but I plan on putting a runner on it when I get the TV.”
“Awful lot of bad reviews for years gone by, it seems, but I thought I'd let everyone know things are great at the 5th Avenue location now! I have been a customer for a year and a half now and have never had any issues. These people are very nice, helpful and professional! Yes, you will probably pay more for items thru leasing rather than outright retail purchases. But that is how it works, and everyone knows that! As with ANY business, you will get calls and emails if your payments aren't made on time. You have possession of merchandise you don't technically own yet because your lease is still being paid! Why get offended by that? But if you reach out to them and let them know the situation and that you are going to pay and when, they will work with you without complaint or incident. Be an adult about your responsibilities, and you will have pleasant experience here! This is a wonderful company to work with.”
