They are by far the best kept animal store. They don’t keep guinea pigs in stock so I instead, asked for a specific type and Pullmans will have the guinea pigs delivered to the store. Shop local!

They had me bring him in right in. The staff IS amazing, and that includes the vet. I felt listened to and there was no attempt to upsell me, which is what I usually experience at the vet. I highly recommend this place. I would give ten stars if that were an option!

This is only my 2nd time visiting so I wasnt too familiar to the menu and the nice young lady in a custom white hoodie patiently waited. Also she gave me my soda without ice! That's a winner for me(its already cold, and going to be gone in 10minutes)! The food both times ive visited has been perfect. The chicken falling apart juicy but still crispy. The fries are a nice crinkle cut and they also give a massive slice of texas toast with the orders. I dont know what the Guthries sauce is of but it was amazing too. I'll definitely be back and do recommend

809 3rd Ave, HuntingtonCame in on a Saturday to a very large line! I can see why this place is so popular. Regardless of the line size, I didn't have to wait very long. The staff was friendly and served a lot of people in a short amount of time! Management has done well in this respect, as you don't see this level of service as much anymore.
I had the pumpkin pie sundae in a waffle bowl. The ice cream, toppings, and bowl were top-notch! The flavor and ingredients are next level. The price was still reasonable, considered what you get.
Austin's has a lot of options for you to choose from. The menu here is very extensive. You can visit here frequently and try something new every time! Customers should have no problem finding something that they can enjoy. There is a good amount of seating options. Eating inside or outside will add to your overall experience.
If you like ice cream and are in Downtown Huntington, then make sure to stop by Austin's!

I remember walking through there one time I was pregnant a month away from having my daughter and I was struggling for sure the guy working manager or whoever was being really kind and offered me a free drink since it was summer time and hot out. 1901 James River Rd, Huntingtonlove it there, very clean and spacious for dogs and cats, they take really good acre of them and I love the staff, voulenteering is so fun, but one staff was really rude and told us to walk a dog we were walking away from everyone else, cause she wasn't dog friendly, but she wasn't even labeled not dog friendly or a red collar on her kennel door? how would we know? and I haven't even let her near any dog that was there, but that staff person let one of the shelter dogs near her when she went to confront me?? besides that, the place is great.
