Last week I brought my vehicle in on Monday morning unannounced with no appointment. They were still able to diagnose the issue, provide a quote and complete all the work by Tuesday afternoon!”

This time a wheel bearing was going out on my 15-year-old car, and they apologized for the cost. I thought the cost was way below what other businesses would have charged and an expected maintenance problem for an old car. They also got my car fixed in a day which was a huge relief as I thought I was going to have to rent a car to get to work. “I have never said this about any mechanic: Trust these guys. Ten stars.This place was my only option in a pinch because the situation I was in made it the only place within walking distance for me to leave my vehicle while caring for my two small children. I had no choice and no information, I have been screwed by so many mechanics that I was honestly pessimistic and dreading the outcome. I was a walk in on a busy day having literally just seen their shop by chance. I didn't bother giving them a sob story because that usually just makes mechanics screw you over even worse I just hoped for the best. They took care of me within 2 hours, they charged me what I know to be the bare minimum, almost what I expected to pay if I had the time and tools with me myself. They diagnosed a long standing problem with my vehicle and told me about it up front without acting like they should be the ones to repair it, and told me exactly what part I needed to replace being as it was one I could replace myself. I can't say enough about how grateful I am for this place, I am actually kinda pissed at myself that it took this long for me to remember to write the review here. Sorry guys. I'll be back in soon. “Had my vehicle there for an issue with the screen. Found that it was a software update and issue was resolved same day. Service Advisor was Karissa and she did a phenomenal job keeping me updated throughout the day, very happy with her just as much as the speed of service. EDIT: still happy with Karissa, but the issue with the screen came back and issue is not solved. It looks like it’s more of a wiring issue or computer issue. The issue was the gauge cluster flashing on and off, and after picking my vehicle up it continued, and when the cluster came back on my infotainment system screen went out”
