This time a wheel bearing was going out on my 15-year-old car, and they apologized for the cost. I thought the cost was way below what other businesses would have charged and an expected maintenance problem for an old car. They also got my car fixed in a day which was a huge relief as I thought I was going to have to rent a car to get to work. Link Automotive’s management reached out to me to follow up and went above and beyond to rectify this situation. He was able to show me where I had not been charged for labor in the past and that was the price difference. He went the extra mile by offering to service my vehicle again since there was still an odor. FOR FREE! He then offered to show/explain the issue with my car when I come in again. He then went even further by refunding my money and even followed up again on the service completed and offered yet another free cleaning of my AC system. He also provided information about institutions that work to ensure safety and how to go about dealing with my issue in the future. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I did not have a great experience. Initially, I was told over the phone that they did not offer the service I was wanting and could clean the ac drains and remove odors so I said ok do that and brought vehicle in. I asked if they clean the condenser on the paperwork and dropped vehicle off. I received notification that vehicle was ready so I went to pick it up. I was charged over 150.00 dollars without being asked if that was ok to do. The service they had complete for me before, which is drain the ac drains and remove odor was 25.00 so this was a big change. I asked what they did as it was over 150 and was told they did what you wanted. I just paid it even though I really didn’t have the funds for that in hopes that my car would be odor free. It was for the first couple of days until the smell from the cleaning solution wore off. Car still has odor from the vent and I am out 153.00 that I did not approve. They should have called me and communicated that it would cost that much and may not work so I could have made the decision to wait until I had more money to be able to afford the risk. Not happy as I still have for and no money to go anywhere else. On my receipt it says the amount was approved but the only communication I received from them was a text saying my vehicle was ready. Not ok and II will not be going back.”

“I have never said this about any mechanic: Trust these guys. Ten stars.This place was my only option in a pinch because the situation I was in made it the only place within walking distance for me to leave my vehicle while caring for my two small children. I had no choice and no information, I have been screwed by so many mechanics that I was honestly pessimistic and dreading the outcome. I was a walk in on a busy day having literally just seen their shop by chance. I didn't bother giving them a sob story because that usually just makes mechanics screw you over even worse I just hoped for the best. They took care of me within 2 hours, they charged me what I know to be the bare minimum, almost what I expected to pay if I had the time and tools with me myself. They diagnosed a long standing problem with my vehicle and told me about it up front without acting like they should be the ones to repair it, and told me exactly what part I needed to replace being as it was one I could replace myself. I can't say enough about how grateful I am for this place, I am actually kinda pissed at myself that it took this long for me to remember to write the review here. Sorry guys. I'll be back in soon. Thanks again.”

“Had my vehicle there for an issue with the screen. Found that it was a software update and issue was resolved same day. Service Advisor was Karissa and she did a phenomenal job keeping me updated throughout the day, very happy with her just as much as the speed of service. EDIT: still happy with Karissa, but the issue with the screen came back and issue is not solved. It looks like it’s more of a wiring issue or computer issue. The issue was the gauge cluster flashing on and off, and after picking my vehicle up it continued, and when the cluster came back on my infotainment system screen went out”
