“Woke up Tuesday morning 6/7/22 to a rear flat tire I thought about trying to drive to gas station very slowly to put air in the tire but decided not too and glad I did cause it probably would have damaged the rim. Anyways Charlie's tires sent a worker to my house to inflate my tire so I could drive to their store for them to fix it. They did a great job they were professional and polite and the cost was reasonable. Will definitely return for future business.”

“Took my car to Sam's Club to have nail taken out of tire. Spent 1 hour 30 minutes told to wait come back. Spent money in Sam's shopping, came back being told they could not do it. Took to Dave's and was done in 30 minutes, also had a great conversation with owners on our grandchildren. Price was also great. Please try this place out.”

“Ron got me a brand new radiator for about $50 less than any other auto store. He ordered it and it shipped to him by the next day. He was a very nice and honest man . He also repairs radiators but I preferred to go ahead and replace my old one. Ron does a lot of other work on cars, I plan to call him I the future for maintenance and other parts that I will need. Highly recommend him!!”

“Kris and his crew are absolutely the best, first off I would like to say thank you again for everything you have done for me and Devri. We were traveling when her car broke down and in an area we didn't know I hit ran over a cement low lane divider which bent my rim. We live 5 hrs away and I couldn't find a rim within 50 mi. After going to several shops and mechanics we found Appalachian Tire. They were all amazing and asked to look at tire he said let me have a go and he was able to fix it. They also put 4 nee tires which I needed and was well under price better quality and warranty then any quote I received. Nice, patient and caring crew! I would rate 10 stars! Thank you!”

Dennis was also incredibly helpful when taking my information in preparation for the inspection, and was kind enough to joke around with me after I kept grabbing things they were suppose to keep for the inspection. Thankful they had coffee and water so I could wake up!Will be a returning customer, for both inspections and anything else that may happen to my vehicle.”
“On two separate occasions I have had my keys locked in my car. Once with my daughter warming up the car ( it was running) and one that was on me. Both times I called and the technician was able to come out rather quickly and had me going in no time.”

“I love shopping at Sam’s. I don’t remember a bad experience. However, there was good reviews online for the optical department. But that was not the case. My husband and I are senior citizens. I was told the cash price for a visit was $100. Fortunately, I had Humana vision insurance. So, after the visit the optometrist took a copy of my insurance card and charged me and my husband $75 for a visit. I was told I would get a refund after the insurance paid. The insurance paid $101 and I paid $75. So as a senior citizen I paid $75 more than if I would have paid cash. Nick Webers webpage stated he took what Medicare paid. Not true. He took advantage of senior citizens. What kind of person does that. I will never use Sam’s optical services again.”
“Absolutely great team. We had an emergency come while on Vacation. Called them, they had what needed for new tires. As soon as we pulled up they started working on the vehicle. From the first phone call to driving away with 2 new tires was less than 50 minutes. Would recommend this place to everyone.”
