I had a senior yorkie crossing rainbow bridge and the doctor stayed with us and was a calming presence during a very difficult time. I have since returned for routine k9 exams. I really like the clinic and the staff running it.

17600 Veterans Memorial Hwy, KingwoodI'm in town for training on Camp Dawson and The Hitching Post was recommended by the instructors who are locals to the area. Me and my buddies pulled up, walked in and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff who got us a table within seconds. The atmosphere was and vibe of the place was super homey and laid back. Exactly what we're used to back in Hawaii. I ordered the tomahawk steak. And I'm not gonna lie. I can honestly say that this was THE BEST STEAK I'VE EVER EATEN. I wanted it medium and it was cooked to perfection. The seasoning was on point. I'm a carnivore. I love my meats and steaks. And this steak that I had tonight takes the crown. And for only 69 bucks?! You can't beat that. There ain't no way you gonna be able to eat a tomahawk for 69 bucks back in Hawaii. You ain't gonna find anywhere selling tomahawk under a 100 bucks. The Hitching Post is a 10/10 in my book. If I'm ever back here for training or whatnot, I'm for sure coming back to The Hitching Post.
