“It depends on who is working and yourself. Mostly a great experience they have strong Gentlemen and strong Women that will help you carry and load your groceries in your car of course that perk is free of charge but I'm sure a tip is Greatly Appreciated. So if can please do so. No I do not own or work at store and I do not profit from any of the store or employees money. Just a customer who appreciates having family and locally owned grocery store near by thats not Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart profits from you the customer because you are bagging and checking out your own bags plus paying for your merchandise and the dreaded thing of when u get the bags home put them up yourself. Not to mention the actual job or career you have before you spend your money at Wal-Mart, bagging,checking, and buying all of their merchandise. I think we get the point!”

“Kroger Logan, WV, since installing the self checkouts this Kroger really has improved. I don't like that the pharmacy stuff is back out on the floor. But I'm sure they had a reason. The woman that works at the self checkout, she has been there every single time I've been in Kroger, is the absolute kindest person. She helps EVERYONE, and trust me people roun here need her help with the self checkout. Always have what I want. Now, back in COVID they didn't have a thing. But nobody else did either. But here we are. Thanks Kroger of Logan, WV.”
