“Best place to grocery shop!! Prices are VERY good!! It's still the least expensive store to shop at. It's still a good place to shop. It's clean, staff are very helpful. They get more and different items in. They've rearranged the store a bit, have self check out counters now. Still the best place to grocery shop.”
“After moving to Martinsburg from Ashburn Virginia I was looking for a grocery store that was similar to the Giant grocery store that I was use to. One stop for everything. After shopping the discount grocery store a few times and never finding everything I decided to try Martin's. That was 5 years ago and I've never been disappointed. I shop at least 2 times a week. Not only does Martin's have a great inventory of groceries they also carry a large selection of pet supplies cosmetics and much more including a pharmacy and gasoline that I always save money on by using my Martin's card. Sunday I got gasoline for 2.59 a gallon. Needless to say I always get my gas there too. Just a great place to get everything we need. Don't forget their bakery yummy.”
“The self checkouts literally have the worst user interface I have ever used.
The store and the staff are great. I do feel as though replenishment of the produce can be a little slow.”
“Went there for donuts. The have the best country style donuts (Think of Krispy Kremes but the donuts actually fill you up). Was a big hit with family. Wish we a Martin's in Richmond VA.”

“Great place to exercise, even for Seniors like myself. Senior equipment is in the front and other equipment for the younger crowd is in the back. There are classes and and other things going on all the time. If you have Silver Sneakers like I do, you can go to any One Fitness gym anywhere in the country for free. The staff is great, helpful and always up for a conversation!!”

“This place could use a little tlc but it definitely adds to the charm. It's been there for years and I'm glad to see a local business thrive for so long. Dave is awesome and treats you like a friend, he has a lot of arcade games in there and is a pinball fan. Their sodas with shaved ice are amazing, just like a snowball and this is the only place I've ever seen an amonia coke. Didn't go in the slot room so can't speak to that. Did get an Italian sub and ham sandwich. Sub was pricier than expected but did taste good, ham sandwich price was right on par with expectation. Handful of staple corner store items. Plenty of parking. Great place to checkout and support local family owned options.”
“Small store, but has a lot for it's size.. My go to shopping.. I have a Food lion about a mile from where I live, but will travel up rt 45 to go here.. people that work there are super nice.. Bakery is really good..
Other customers there are generally nice and good local people..

“This store is defiantly less cluttered and cleaner than the bunker hill or north Queen stores. But it still has its days. Thus may be a corporate problem I don't think there are enough staffers it seems there always short handed and workers are stocking shelves between customers. Over all the Pikeside plaza Dollar General store is my favorite out of the ones in my area.”

“They Had my "difficult to find" Snapple fruit punch in singles and quart sizes!! Their Punch is seriously "The Best!" On top of that, their service is 5!”
“Very nice and when I was looking everywhere for my baby formula they had called me back to let me know they had it and they are truly a life saver because I was looking everywhere for my baby formula and everywhere was out of it very nice friendly and very clean store I will be back and had also requested to have the formula my baby on saved for me and they said they will do it thank god for this store”
“I went to this Dollar General this morning because the one I go to regularly and is closer to me seems to have consistent issues with opening on time or finding someone to ring up your items...however you can find most of them outside smoking a cigarette and chatting...I think waiting for over 5 minutes is questionable.... so I went to the Dollar General off route 45 on shepherdstown road..... the semi grey haired gentleman was quite personable and we chatted a bit about the book he was currently reading and recommended.... the store was neat and orderly as well....I believe this will be my go to store...”

“This location is one of my favorites. Staff is the same as any location. Treat people with respect and kindness and you will receive the same in return.Parking is easy in and out as the lot is not littered with curbed grass islands. The lot is extra large and accommodates rv's, Commercial trucks, and personal vehicles nicely. Walmart's provide a shopping experience available nowhere else. I've been stopping at this location for 14 years as the operator of a semi truck pulling 53 foot trailers.I spend the night at Walmart's +80% of the nights on the road. I've always been impressed with the cleanliness of the parking lot here. Anxiously waiting for hours to go back to open 24/7 as I normally shop around 0400 in the morning to avoid the crowds.Paul Kersey (CB handle-Mr Magoo)”
“I was very impressed with the customer service department. I noticed when I left Walmart, I realized I didn't have my phone, so either it fell out of my pocket, or I misplaced it. So, I got home and see if I could track my phone on my goggle account and I left a voice mail on my phone in case someone retrieved it. And this gentleman at customer service called my home line and retrieve my phone. I have never seen such excellent customer service like that. Thank you, Walmart store, 4423 for hiring such incredible people.”
“Staff is always respectful,helpful, and surprisingly for martinsburg always in a good mood. They also have great deals going on more than half the time. I go here more than most stores, even for little stuff like yogurts or drinks. Keep up the great work”
“Very large and clean store. Saw a lot of parked trucks in the parking lot - most likely allowed overnight parking. On the back side of the store there is also a lot of space for parking a truck.”

“A restaurant supplier who breaks things down so you don't have to buy monster sizes. Another perk, most suppliers I've visited you have to know exactly what you want as it isn't a grocery store where you can browse. While the store is not particularly big it does allow you to physically walk the store and shop. You won't be able to get all your weekly shopping done here but it does offer good/great prices and access to mostly restaurant quality foods with a focus on but not limited to steaks/seafood/soups/pies. Personally, I think it is a great suppliment for the average consumers grocery.”
