“ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Back in December I was.in this store and tripped over a metal rack laying in the middle of the aisle. I broke my knee cap and spent a Xmas eve in the emergency room of Berkeley hospital. My husband filled out an incident report and I received a phone call from their Risk Management depot. Mr. Leigh was his name. I advised I was still waiting for all medical bills to post and could not negotiate any settlement. Have never heard back from him. I have emailed several times without any response. If anyone else has ever been injured please be aware of the lack of concern by this store and their management team.”
“Jeanie, Piper and River were the absolute best hosts; so welcoming, eager to help and full of joy! Snallygaster’s was a true gem - all the food we had was delicious and the cocktails and mocktails were phenomenal! We chose to eat here for 50% of our short stay. Thank you all for being the highlight of our visit to Harpers Ferry!”

“Absolutely great experience each time. We've visited a few times now and it's always a pleasure. Staff is kind, and the place is clean. Well stocked, even had sushi. Nice deli and veggie/ fruit section with great pricing. They have the funniest cleaning robot my kids love to look for too. A great location.”
“A restaurant supplier who breaks things down so you don't have to buy monster sizes. Another perk, most suppliers I've visited you have to know exactly what you want as it isn't a grocery store where you can browse. While the store is not particularly big it does allow you to physically walk the store and shop. You won't be able to get all your weekly shopping done here but it does offer good/great prices and access to mostly restaurant quality foods with a focus on but not limited to steaks/seafood/soups/pies. Personally, I think it is a great suppliment for the average consumers grocery.”

“Love the wine selection in this market, the steamed shrimp are always a delicious treat! Highly recommend the fried chicken as well it's delicious and they never disappoint. I do recommend you order ahead if it's during busy times like football season.”

“Nice organized little grocery store with most of what you need. The staff are kind and the deli/bakery has some good stuff to go check out. They even have an area for reduced priced items and almost always have some sort of sale going on. Great deals at this store location.”
“After moving to Martinsburg from Ashburn Virginia I was looking for a grocery store that was similar to the Giant grocery store that I was use to. One stop for everything. After shopping the discount grocery store a few times and never finding everything I decided to try Martin's. That was 5 years ago and I've never been disappointed. I shop at least 2 times a week. Not only does Martin's have a great inventory of groceries they also carry a large selection of pet supplies cosmetics and much more including a pharmacy and gasoline that I always save money on by using my Martin's card. Sunday I got gasoline for 2.59 a gallon. Needless to say I always get my gas there too. Just a great place to get everything we need. Don't forget their bakery yummy.”
“Aldi claims to have the top 1500 most-shopped-for items. It is a small store, about the size of a convenience store, so you can grab almost everything you need quickly. And the prices are similar to Wal-Mart. Bring a quarter for the shopping cart.”

“Since I arrived in Ranson 20 years ago, i have shopped at Martins. Throughout the years, it has undergone several remodelings including the most recent ones. I am somewhat disappointed with the new layout. As i enter the store, the candy section is front and center - not exactly an attractive sight. In the fresh fruits and vegetables section, the layout seems disorganized. You find yourself weaving in and out of the shorter sections with other customers which can be a tight squeeze. Also, you have to pay close sttention to the organic vs nonorganic produce. It would be helpful to have more signs clearly indicating the distinction. This new layout may have been a corporate decision and not the local store itself. I still think improvements can be made. Koodos to the store itself for cleanliness and attentive staff.”

“I stopped going to DG years ago because the coupons in the app never worked when I got to the register. And of course there was always a long line behind me, so I just paid, disgusted. The clerks were never helpful with an angry mob looking at them. Things have really changed for the better. The stores not only offer more inventory, the APP functions as it should. Most of the clerks are very helpful, some even seem to really love their job. I find the ladies in this particular store go above and beyond their call of duty. Drawing my attention to markdowns, helping me with coupons and just being friendly. These attributes bring customers back and they should be rewarded for their excellent customer service.”

“Just had to take a second to write a review based the interaction I just had with the cashier in this store. I was standing in line and listening to the conversation he had with each customer ahead of me. I was literally smiling the entire time. He is the sweetest person I have ever encountered . I watched as he smiled at each customer and witnessed the most genuine ,wholesome interactions I have ever seen. I don’t know his name as it was not printed on my receipt but he was a young teen with light brown curly hair. To his managers; U HAVE A GEM!!! “I almost always have a good experience at the CT WM pharmacy. My Rx's are always in stock. The wait isn't usually too bad, though sometimes I feel like they could open up a third register during very busy times, and they're not always quick to come forward from the back area. I enjoy the quirky personalities of the techs and cashiers. A lot of them are humorous and kinda dry, which I appreciate. But they're always efficient and respectful with customers. I imagine they deal w/ a lot of pissy people on a daily basis, so, unlike other reviewers, I dont expect them to always be upbeat--I just expect them to be humanly polite. They've always gone out of their way to help me with issues and snags w/ insurance, etc. Ya get whatcha give.”
