“Like any Verizon store its hurry up and wait...but as you know there are 2 types of Verizon stores..a corporate store and a contractor store..both have their pros and cons..so as this being a contractor store..it wasn't have bad..the guy working dud the best he could wait time was about 30 min but it takes x amount of time to buy a phone ..I went in for a quick fix..in and out..what I didn't like was the fact the manager never poked his head out to assist the front guy working.. no reason he couldn't have come out and handled some quick stuff..ie billing quick phone app issues..quick stuff..but no..4 ..5..people had to sit and wait ..thats my only issue...other than that..give then 3.75 to a 4..just cause the front guy did his best to move things along and was friendly and actually gave a shit ..there ya have it...”
