Ordered a screen replacement but still decided to visit the mall and give it a shot. Got my phone repaired for free in less than a minute. GREAT SERVICE!”

“I have had numerous experiences in other Verizon stores none compare to the service from this office. The staff is knowledgeable and the service is the BEST!!! “I stopped by the boost Mobile store in the South end shopping center. I was greeted by a sale associate by the name of Terry. I was devastated because my phone would not turn on or activate, etc. I was to the point of honestly about having a nervous breakdown. Terry was very patient, accommodating, and insisted me from beginning to the end. He went above and beyond to recover the old data from my phone and transfer it onto a new phone because I was eligible for an upgrade.
I have dealt with many customer service reps in my life but I can promise you one thing no one and I mean no one can top Terry service. I give him 10 stars and an a+ rating. Thank you Terry from the bottom of my heart you are the bomb”
