I walked in like a normal customer, and I was greeted with a guy named brad.He had treated me with the utmost.Respect like a perfect individual. I give him a five star review.He treat me like every perfect person should be treated as a customer. He didn't interrupt.

“Well, after spending a couple of days without cell service and trying to get help over the online customer service, we tried everything to get my phone running again however they said I needed to go into the store here in Hagerstown so I was pretty exhausted and bummed out as anyone would be would not be able to use their phone for a few days blah blah blah right well I called the store. Spoke with a very nice woman named Maria. She said come on and I will help you I think I know what the problem might be so I got my neighbor to give me a ride to the store because I don’t drive got to the store about an hour and a half later and Maria was there. She knew who I was soon as I walked in and I just wanna say that within five minutes I had my phone back that woman knew her business like Betty Crocker in a bakery. I am not kidding you it’s the best customer service I’ve had in a long time I could not say enough about this woman. She was so so good and knew her job and nice and friendly everything so if you want a great experience and you got problems with your Cricket phone head to the Cricket wireless store in Hagerstown Maryland. “had a bad experience by the mall went here the two gentlemen one was bradley dannis and the others had longer hair but bradley really helped me out with getting devices and subscriptions, switching my phone over he’s also a marine veteran would go back 100 more times if i needed to good cell service too better than t-mobile”

His suggestion saved me money each month. While allowing me to upgrade my dying battery (iPhone 11) to a new phone next month. Dario was very engaging, friendly and easy to talk to.
