“Employee Mike in appliances was more than helpful. His customer service was over the top. Very kind and informative making our purchase pleasurable. The only unfortunate issue was when his manager or supervisor came at the end of our transaction and attempted to be humorous by giving Mike a hard time and used the Lord's name in vein. “They’ve cut staff back to just one person, so there’s often a sign on the door saying they’re busy which isn’t the employee’s fault. We used to buy a lot of CO₂ from them, but we’re now looking at other options due to the inconsistency. Also, note that they close for lunch, usually from 12 to 1, so it’s best to avoid that time.”
