“I recently went into to set up a new line of service. I was in a pinch and needed a phone for my dad. He’s currently in the hospital and lost his original phone. I didn’t get there until 30 minutes before closing. Sarah was AMAZING!! I apologized for being there and needing so much before they closed. She was so helpful and patient and ended up staying an hour past closing time! She explained everything in detail and the best way to get what I needed. I ended up getting the phone set up for my dad and a new one for myself. At that moment it wasn’t about getting a new phone it was having piece of mind knowing that if I needed to get a hold of my dad or he needed to get a hold of me it was possible. I don’t think Sarah realized how much all her help meant to me this evening. I would recommend this store over and over! Thank you again Sarah!

“Really great experience with an in store rep named Dylan on June 4th near closing. Went above / beyond with assisting with an upgrade that ended up being more than a little complex. Patient, personable, knowledgeable, & great with handling unexpected issues. Even with a miscommunication on my end, they fixed everything in the end without even showing annoyance with me, which they should have. I would have. I worked in customer service myself & they handled the situation better then most reps ever would. One the best experience I've had with an ATT customer service rep.”

“Walked in here after having a bad experience at the university town center and got the help we were expecting from the university town center here Kayla was very helpful kind and very willing to help she talked us through many phone help us pick the right deal for us and she did she also talked us through the prices of the phones we asked about she definitely gets a 5 star rating from my husband and I she even engaged with my our oldest daughter answering any questions she had and even helping her with a few things she needed help with on her phone and showed her how to fix them

He was able to answer my questions regarding my recent trade-in of my Apple phones. He then offered to install the protective screen I had just received for my new Iphone. He was extremely helpful and friendly and represented AT&T in the most positive manner. I want to commend him for attitude, helpfulness and friendly service.”
