“Jessica was very helpful and patient with me as I made the switch from AT&T to Verizon. She explained the process thoroughly and assisted me is selecting a new phone, carefully explaining all costs and considerations. When my new phone came, I went back to her store and she assisted with my port/transfer of data. She even put my new case and screen protector on! She made the entire process so much easier and I’m very happy with my phone and service. Happy to have made the switch and visited this store!”
“I went to the AT&T location at 51 Donahue Drive, Morgantown, WV on July 19, 2024 and was greeted immediately by Tristenn. He was able to answer my questions regarding my recent trade-in of my Apple phones. He then offered to install the protective screen I had just received for my new Iphone. He was extremely helpful and friendly and represented AT&T in the most positive manner. I want to commend him for attitude, helpfulness and friendly service.”

“I recently went into to set up a new line of service. I was in a pinch and needed a phone for my dad. He’s currently in the hospital and lost his original phone. I didn’t get there until 30 minutes before closing. Sarah was AMAZING!! I apologized for being there and needing so much before they closed. She was so helpful and patient and ended up staying an hour past closing time! She explained everything in detail and the best way to get what I needed. I ended up getting the phone set up for my dad and a new one for myself. At that moment it wasn’t about getting a new phone it was having piece of mind knowing that if I needed to get a hold of my dad or he needed to get a hold of me it was possible. I don’t think Sarah realized how much all her help meant to me this evening. I would recommend this store over and over! Thank you again Sarah!

“I highly recommend this store. We went to a different AT&T right before we came here. They told us they had no idea how to help us which involved moving 2 lines and adding 2 lines and then buying a new phone. Joseph at this store was able to help us with no problem at all. He was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He ended up helping us with other problems we had. Great, great, great customer service. I highly recommend!”

“Walked in here after having a bad experience at the university town center and got the help we were expecting from the university town center here Kayla was very helpful kind and very willing to help she talked us through many phone help us pick the right deal for us and she did she also talked us through the prices of the phones we asked about she definitely gets a 5 star rating from my husband and I she even engaged with my our oldest daughter answering any questions she had and even helping her with a few things she needed help with on her phone and showed her how to fix them

“This was the best in-store experience I’ve ever had at ANY phone store! I recommend requesting to speak with the manager Jordan. He was absolutely incredible & super helpful! I also enjoyed working with their staff Max & Megan. I will recommend if you need anything… go to this store over the corporate store in Suncrest Town Center (it is the worst T mobile store). The mall location is far superior! They are honest, helpful & hard working ?”
“We've had a few great experiences with the US Cellular in Sabraton. Recently Logan is who I dealt with and he is fantastic. He is very knowledgable, and very pleasant to work with. Went above & beyond to help me out. There is also a cute, young dark haired girl who wears a pink tobbogan (so sorry I forgot her name), she too is wonderful to work with. Knows her stuff too. Very pleased with my experience.”

Second time, I just had one question but since they were with other customers they didn't even acknowledge that I walked in. I know that every customer deserves good service but I they could have answered my question while one customer opened her credit.”

“A broken piece of the charger cord plug in broke off into the charging port of my I-pad. CPR services came highly recommended by the Infinite Technology staff that normally helps us with our desktop. I dropped off my I-pad in the afternoon and was able to pick it up in the evening. Works perfectly now. Very pleasant and helpful service.”
