She explained the process thoroughly and assisted me is selecting a new phone, carefully explaining all costs and considerations. When my new phone came, I went back to her store and she assisted with my port/transfer of data. She even put my new case and screen protector on! She made the entire process so much easier and I’m very happy with my phone and service. Happy to have made the switch and visited this store!”

“We had such a positive experience with Taiilor today! We’ve had an issue with autopay for months. We’ve called customer service and they were not able to help. We went into the Granville store and the woman there was not helpful at all. She just kept cutting me off saying I needed to call my credit card company. So we called them, and there was no problem on their end.
Today we went into the Suncrest location and had a much better experience! We explained the problem to Taiilor and she was able to fix it in 30 seconds! She was very pleasant and kind and answered many other questions we had. She made adding a line and getting a new phone easy. Highly recommend this location!”
“Daniel and Lillian were absolutely fantastic while changing over my 2 sons' new phones tonight! They were endlessly patient and friendly, talking to my boys about bands they like, and answering my techie son's endless questions about the process and the technology of the phones. It took a long time because of the large amounts of data to transfer, but they didnt get the least bit irritated. T Mobile should be proud to employ them!”
“They were a little busy, but actually the employee that assisted me and my daughter was the store manager (Issah), he was excellent, as he was helping customer before me and got me started as to what I needed which I could have done on my own but he was able to help and got what I needed, all I needed was to up grade my daughter's phone and I needed a new watch so he walked me through the steps and actually did coue things as well, I also needed to switch accounts as to which account the auto pay would go through, so again great work by him very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and, very respectful.”
