“We’ve been buying our running shoes here for years now. They have very good prices and are able to order about anything. Before Christmas I ordered some shoes and the owner actually dropped them at my house unprompted and refunded the shipping! You cannot beat that kind of service. The owners are local, which is another reason I am a big supporter of the store.”
“Your management at the morgantown wv location is top notch they follow the rules as well as make the customer experience a pure joy up until this release i was getting most at jdsports but due to the customer service I received from the young man that's a manager I think his name is nick but due to his customer compared to any jd sports location I usually spend about 2 to 4 a month on new release shoes and I plan on bringing that to hibberts instead and it's all due to nick and his amazing customer service thank you”

“So disclaimer I went here with a friend and did not buy anything so I can't comment on the products just the service I received. While in there I asked a passing employee where the bathroom was. He actually walked me back instead of just giving a vague direction which was appreciated. I thanked him and he said no problem sir. Now I am a trans woman so this did bother me a bit however I chose not to say anything. Before he even turned around he hesitated and asked if it was sir or ma'am? I told him that it was ma'am, he profusely apologized and corrected himself. Now that would have been more than enough for me but this gentleman truly went above and beyond. He also apologized to my friend and asked her to apologize on his behalf. Sadly he was not wearing a nametag however if anyone sees this the bearded gentleman who works here truly made my day and I hope he continues to give great service.”

“Had a live load delivered to Gabe’s Corporate Headquarters and had a great experience. My appointment time was 7:00 a.m.; I checked in at 6:30 a.m. and was checked out by 7:25 a.m., fully unloaded. Very efficient operation with smooth in-and-out.
Easy access for trucks, plenty of space to maneuver, and they even have portable restrooms available for drivers, which is always appreciated. Staff were friendly and professional. Overall, a good place to deliver.”
