“The woman working is very knowledgeable about all things running shoes, they have a treadmill to test out different shoes and see if it’s a good fit for your running, not to mention how nice and welcoming both the shop and the staff are. I’d give 6 stars if at all possible”
“Pathfinder has amazing customer service. Gabe showed us bikes and there was zero sales pressure! The atmosphere of Pathfinder is homey and quite family friendly. The employees are knowledgeable and were very patient with us. We bought one bike from them today and will be back to buy another one soon. We also bought helmets and sunglasses. “Best bow shop in town! Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and they've got it all in stock. Baught a crossbow 3 years ago at their shop. They made sure I was on target before I left the store. Fast forward to last week ad I put my cam into a tree which breaks 2 strings and a whole bunch more. ? this week I picked up my crossbow, ready to go and the price was less than they quoted! “Came in with my buddy’s compound bow. Hadn’t been shot in a few seasons so I had Dale take a look at it in the archery department. What a great experience.
Haven’t shot a bow much lately and Dale helped me get the peeper and draw set to my preferences. Sighted my bow in with me and off we went. Seriously couldn’t be happier with my experience today. Thank you Dale!”
“Your management at the morgantown wv location is top notch they follow the rules as well as make the customer experience a pure joy up until this release i was getting most at jdsports but due to the customer service I received from the young man that's a manager I think his name is nick but due to his customer compared to any jd sports location I usually spend about 2 to 4 a month on new release shoes and I plan on bringing that to hibberts instead and it's all due to nick and his amazing customer service thank you”

The cashier was not aware about the coupons my friend received valid for the flash sale on January 30- February 1.
The prices on the email were different. She had no idea about the sale, was totally not pleasant.
Perhaps she should not be working front line with customers.
The time I was in the store was proximately 5pm Sunday.

“I've been a happy customer at Wamsley Cycles for a few years now. I ride an older Raleigh cycle that's needed upgrades from time to time.
