Before Christmas I ordered some shoes and the owner actually dropped them at my house unprompted and refunded the shipping! You cannot beat that kind of service. “Your management at the morgantown wv location is top notch they follow the rules as well as make the customer experience a pure joy up until this release i was getting most at jdsports but due to the customer service I received from the young man that's a manager I think his name is nick but due to his customer compared to any jd sports location I usually spend about 2 to 4 a month on new release shoes and I plan on bringing that to hibberts instead and it's all due to nick and his amazing customer service thank you”

“The best sports store around in my opinion they have almost everything for All sports they have very good prices and other guns bows and other hunting things.. very good prices on all their kayaks who won the best pelican kayak dealers around. The selection of shoes and champion clothing and sweat suits is amazing everything is very well priced the workers and staff are very good people very helpful have no issues with coming out to help you find anything that you're looking for everything they have is great quality it's the best discount sports store in the 304 in my opinion everybody should go check it out.”
“I really wasn't in need of shoes but the free shoe shining they were doing outside of the store brought me in. Well that plus the fact that they only shined one of my shoes for free and if I wanted the other one cleaned I had to buy the shoe cleaner they sold. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by an employee who impressed me with his yo yo skills. He was like a wizard and provided the entertainment that one wouldn't expect to see, especially in a shoe store. Walking farther in the store I saw a group of employees lacing shoes but really fast. I overheard them talking about practicing for the upcoming speed lacing contest. Personally I think its great that they bring the employees together as a group to see who can lace shoes the fastest. I wasn't looking for Saucony shoes but the employee who was helping me was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Saucony that I was sold on them. Personally I have never had a shopping experience like this and will definitely be back. They had a great selection and the customer service experience was beyond my wildest dreams.”
“Im giving 5 stars for Bri but for the other girl Lindsey, I’d give her -5 stars. I was checking out my items today with Bri she asked her coworker for help with something I was buying and lindsey first ignored her and then got super smart with her when she asked again and had a really bad attitude. Idk how anybody could be happy working with some1 like that and she does not belong in customer service it upset me so much that I am reviewing this from my car so I can’t imagine how bri must feel having to be stuck with her all day
I would go as far as contacting corporate for her attitude bc this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed her having an attitude and I hope they do soemthing about her”
“We visited this Dicks store today. Met up with store manager, Eric. Answered all questions, and very informative. Professional and friendly. He even allowed us to see the new shoe department that has been remodeled... It's absolutely a great looking shoe department. Well designed. I loved the black fixtures. The shoes definitely stand out...Excellent job....And Eric shared a little of his management history. He definitely loves his job...”
