“I actually called about a pintle hook mount for my trailer. They answer first call, verified the part was in-store and had it at the counter. I don't know if every experience can go that smooth. But I appreciated there actions that lead to a quick and convient experience.”

The nice older lady with the accent was so sweet to me and my boys and she did an outstanding job on our hair. The younger person who cut my other boys hair was also very skilled and patient with the 3 year old.

“I highly recommend Walmart Optical at 75 Retail Drive. I scheduled an appointment at Spectrum Optical as my glasses had broken, and I needed a lens upgrade. The doctor at Spectrum didn't even examine my eyes for lenses, he said I needed cataract surgery. He referred me to Regional Eye Associates. At least REA listened to me and wrote me a lens prescription. BOTH REA and Spectrum let me walk out with broken glasses and weak lenses. When I arrived at Walmart Optical (a full month and a half after my first appointment at Spectrum); Abby was incredible helpful in picking out proper frames. She took one look at my glasses and said "Would you like me to fix them? It will only take a sec." And it did. Plus the cost was a third of what frames were at Spectrum. I highly recommend Abby at Walmart Optical 75 Retail Drive, Mgtn., WV. She went above and beyond in service and competence. So refreshing after the poor service at Spectrum and REA. And of course I had to pay for 2 expensive eye exams at Spectrum and REA. Spectrum should refund me the cost of that examination, as they failed in their job - MAJORLY.”

“I had such a great experience with the Walmart bakery. The staff were so kind and helpful both when I was ordering and when I came to pick up the cake. They really listened to what I wanted and made the process so easy. The cake turned out absolutely phenomenal, with beautiful design and perfect details. It looked even better than I imagined. “Iam from Morgantown WV and this shopping plaza is wonderful for a few reasons and never been here before but I will return. Has apple parking, good quality restaurants, its clean and has great outside lighting. The shopping is a plus also.”
“Walmarts should be gauged on the fact that they are Walmarts. This particular one was surely one of the cleanest ones I've seen in a while. The staff at the entrance was also very friendly and shouted out a Welcome when you entered and left the store. Unfortunately I kept forgetting something from my car, so was welcomed a few times. If you are in the area, I'd highly suggest visiting this store.”
