“Dropped an AR15 off for repairs, issues cycling, had a short delay from other projects but nothing out of hand. Cost $50 for repair. Gas block had separated from the tube due to being very old and abused. He fixed it and cleaned up the rusty bits and reblued the area for me.”

“Wonderful place to get snowboarding gear. Bought a board here last year and came back to get boots this year. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Atmosphere is open and friendly and the dogs are a joy to be around. They dont try to oversell you on your needs and will point you in the right direction. They also gave my toddler a thrasher poster and let him stand on some boards so well be back soon to get him started down the path.”

“Mari was so helpful during my shopping experience today. As a loyal Crossroads Mall shopper, I am elated every time I am greeted by her smiling face at the door of American Eagle and have to come take a look inside the store. Even when I have no intentions on purchasing more clothing, her fashion expertise, combined with her jovial personality and people skills makes me happy to shop at this location. She is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am content with my purchase and her uplifting enthusiasm, no matter what time of day, is contagious nonetheless. Employees like her that go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy deserve more recognition. If her convivial attitude is a demonstration of how fun it is to work at American Eagle, shopping at this location is just as joyful.”

“I had an outstanding experience at Hibbett Sports Store #245 at Crossroads Mall. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Everyone worked together to make sure I found exactly what I needed, answered all of my questions, and made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a store where the whole staff is so engaged and focused on great customer service. I never felt rushed, and they went above and beyond to make sure I left with the right products. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location!”

“Shopping experience was very pleasant! Husband was looking for slip on boots and settled on a pair of redwings. We were happy to find that they were even $60 cheaper than competitors online. The gentleman running the store was helpful and chipper without being overly attentive. 10/10 would recommend over any chain store in the area for work boots. 💎Hidden gem❤”

“My husband Kevin and I were passing through Beckley, WV and saw this arms shop. I suggested we stop because Kevin is always on the lookout for ammo. Frank helped my husband with the ammo he was looking for and gave him a Veteran’s’ discount on Veterans Day. The entire store is awesome and all the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The gunsmith is excellent and knows his stuff! We highly recommend you checking this store out for all your hunting and gun needs.Frank is an expert and will help you with all your gun and ammunition needs and is a Veteran himself.”
