“A few weeks ago my family and I had to make a stop here as we were coming home from vacation. As we pulled into the parking lot, the cable on our gear shift literally snapped off and left us stranded in the middle of the lot for a few minutes blocking several gas pumps while almost unpacking our entire suburban to get to my husbands tools. Not knowing what was closest to us, I went inside hoping someone would know of some type of parts store somewhere close. Please forgive me because I didn’t even think to get y’all’s names, but the ladies that were there know who you are. You guys helped us get back on the road and safely home just a few hours later. So, I apologize for not getting your names but just know how much we GREATLY appreciated your help❤❤❤”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
