“GREAT PLACE!!! Traveling to Florida and stopped at a gas station and realized part of our grille of our Volvo was off. We yelped body shops and called to ask if they could take a quick look! It was an hour before closing and they said come on in. They looked at it for about 20 Minutes and got it back on. No charge ?!!! That's crazy!! We left a tip they would barely take! That's just good people!! Thank you guys!!! Travel resumed !!!!”
“My husband and I were driving to Ohio from Yorktown, VA when we experienced car trouble near Beckley, WV on I-64 W. We contacted AAA, and they sent Glen's Towing to take my SUV to L & S Toyota for service. They did a quick evaluation and discovered the radiator had a hole in it. Oakley, the service advisor, said they would have a new radiator sent from another business and get it replaced. We were waiting in their comfortable waiting room when we were advised that the wrong radiator was sent. Since they couldn't get another radiator sent over before they closed, we had to decide if we would stay the night somewhere (no!) or try to get a rental car and continue our trip to Ohio. My husband called Enterprise Car Rental, and they gave him the confirmation number and took our credit card info to reserve it. Since we had no way to get there before they closed at 5 pm and it was pouring rain, the service manager, Kevin Trzicak, drove him to Enterprise, got there before 5 pm, but they were closed. Not happy. Kevin then called Oakley, and he arranged for another car rental, Hertz, to wait until Kevin drove my husband there to pick up a rental (very happy). Kevin even helped us unload our SUV and load up the rental, and we were soon on our way. We picked up our SUV on the way home and returned the rental. Kevin and Oakley saved our vacation. They were so professional, caring, helpful, and concerned about us and the repair of my SUV. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff for their repair work.”

“After calling multiple service centers to be told they were closed or closing, we found Davis and arrived with 15 minutes to spare on a Saturday afternoon. We were driving from Mississippi to West Virginia with three children. They saved our vacation and fixed our car. Lenny, JJ and Austin were so kind and helpful. Austin took us to a restaurant to wait for a family member to retrieve us and Lenny met us back at the shop to get all our stuff so we could leave the car in their capable hands and continue our trip. Thank you so very much! This experience was such a reminder of why we need local businesses! All the corporate places (including car rental) were already closed for the weekend.”

“Blew my radiator on interstate 77 and searched for a shop to have my truck towed to. This was one of the closest radiator repair shops, so I called them first. I was so pleased with how friendly and helpful the person was who answered the phone, with the quote I received for parts and labor, that they had the radiator I needed in stock, and could do the work within 24hours. Happy I looked no further and had the truck towed straight there. The quote they gave me ended up being very close to the final cost and the work was done faster than I even expected.”
