“Anthony, the staff at this store is super knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend you to everyone. Check out his store and compare it to the one I used to go to before switching my other provider to T Mobile. The network is top-notch and the extra box for my basement internet is super fast.”

“Gerd is the rep and Brittany the Assistant Manager…they gave me such customer service that I purchased the new IPhone 17!! I don’t even like cell phone plans. But they were so down to earth and homely that I couldn’t help it! Great customer service!”

“I had my laptop of 4 yrs fall on the concrete with miraculously little damage, but it was damanged right on the power button and it wouldn't turn on, but it was charging and I needed it for my college classes. Brought it in and originally it was going to take 5 days to be fixed as parts for the bottom part of the frame were going to have to be ordered, which I was alright with, but luckily they got to work on it right away and were able to get it fixed within 2 hrs at a reasonable price. Would definitely go back here again.”

“Amber was amazing! She helped us upgrade our plan while saving us money and even solved a mysterious “not eligible for upgrade” issue that no one else could figure out. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and so nice throughout the whole process. Thank you, Amber, for the great service!”

“Tyler was absolutely amazing! I took my 82 yr old father in to move his line from T-Mobile to my ATT account. We also wanted to add a tablet for him. Tyler was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Adding a new line and a tablet to my account is the same price that Dad was paying for just a cell phone at T-Mobile. I want to thank Tyler for an easy transition and the care that he put into working with us. Definitely will only use this store for our future transactions. Thanks again, Tyler!!!”
