“I drive a 2019 Subaru Legacy. After an oil change at the dealership the day before, the oil light came on the first time I had my car out. I was close by Advance Auto in Shinnston, WV and went to see if they could provide assistance. The gentlemen working were amazing! They checked my oil, told me how much and what kind I needed and then put it in the car for me. I'm a 70 year old woman. They were all so kind and polite. Henry helped me first and, when it was his quitting time, he asked Charlie to take over. They both provided exceptional service! They told me that I should take pictures of the dipstick to show dealership. Suggested that I get my car back to dealership asap. Without a doubt, they went above and beyond what one would expect.
