“I went to 3 TMobile stores, the first store the guy helped as much as he could, the one in cross lanes, I didn't appreciate how they were acting, kinda disrespectful so I left, But the one in South Charleston tops it, Brandon worked on my iPhone for about an hour with no luck. He was kind, patient and understanding. He got me the phone I could afford right now, and I I've had no issues. Super cool guy, very thorough and cares about his customers. 10/10 recommended. “The customer service at this Verizon went above and beyond. I had to bring my two little girls with me, and every member of their team helped me with them. My girls are very young, so they're also very wild. Not once did they make me feel like bad about them running around like maniacs. They went out of their way to play with them and make us all comfortable. That type of service does not go unnoticed and I am very grateful to them!”
