“I’ve been putting off resolving a persistent issue with my phone for a long, long time, but Randi at the Verizon store finally helped me get it sorted. I originally went in just to visit my cousin, but when I casually mentioned the problem, she immediately took charge. Randi truly went out of her way to make sure every single detail was addressed and resolved before I left. It is rare to find that level of proactive service, and I genuinely appreciate her taking the initiative to fix something I had been dreading dealing with. If you need someone who is thorough and genuinely helpful, ask for Randi!”

“Earlier this year i had gotten my fan replaced in my PS4. Before i went to them, it sounded like a lawn mower in desperate need of repair. I took it to them had a 10 day waiting period and it was finished. The staff was very accomodating and even give me a 6-month warranty in case anything else happens. It’s now going on six months since, and I’m not having any other problems. I’m happy to know that my PS4 was in good hands. They took the time out to figure out that the fan bearing went bad. So now my PS4 is more quiet, and im happy to have brought it in. Thank you CPR staff.”

“John is a wonderful guy who takes time to share his knowledge. I am not the easiest person to work with regarding technology, but he ensured I was able to operate my new phone. I had the best visit ever and am happy with my phone.”
